family member made recommendations which Clay incorporated into the contract without any hassle. This job had to be coordinated with the roofer as I also needed a new roof. The old unit had to be removed by crane on one day, the next
day Clay had to do some other work after the roofers took the old roof off, and then another crane appointment was required to raise and position the new combo unit after the roof was completed. Clay coordinated with the roofers, met with the city permit inspector, and performed this contracted job without any slip ups. Clay also made everything about this job completely safe, and sealed everything up just right, in contrast to the installation of the old unit. Clay even made a special trip in addition to the three required trips enumerated above to inspect and make various revisions to the duct work while the roofers had the bad plywood off of the roof. Great timing, finesse, and honesty were what I experienced with Paradise Air. I didn't even have to wait a half day for Clay to do his job. That's nice, because there was a giant hole in my roof until the new unit was in place. Thanks so much Clay!!
Clayton, the owner, is very nice to deal with. He tried to make everything right the best way that he could.
They did give me a ten year warranty for the trouble. It was not the owners fault and it was only the fault of the estimator as he did not inform me of all the details. I will use them in the future for my warranty.
