Working with Mark, from the first phone call to arrange for an appointment for an estimate, through to my final contact once the job was completed, was a pleasure. During my estimate, Mark was very comforting explaining my options. Even though I ended up going with the high-end quality paint, I never felt pressured in any way. I found that the cost for this job was very reasonable. Albert and the rest of the crew always arrived early each day, and always immediately began work once on site. They were all very professional, courteous, no unnecessary noise, and happy to answer my questions. Upon completion, Albert and the crew were very accommodating as we looked over the job for any missed spots (which were very few). Overall, to paint my 3 bedroom two story house, Paint Pros completed the job over three days (half day power wash; full day prep, primer on bare wood and paint; then partial day of accent painting and touch up/clean up). Being someone who works in the banking software industry, I also found it very refreshing to find a company like Paint Pros that uses electronic documents (like DocuSign)... I think this reflects Mark's professional approach with his company. I would definitely recommend Paint Pros for your painting needs, and I would consider hiring again when the need arises. Thanks again Mark!!

The team that was sent was very professional and detailed. They worked very hard and kept the area clean. I would use them again.

The team of 3 that showed up was punctual, courteous and detailed. The job was done over two days as promised and with no inconveniences to us. They also put every little thing back as it was before the house was painted and helped me with minor little things they didn't have to. All with a smile on their faces, I will recommend them to everyone I know.I am very happy with the end result and would definitely hire again.

Mark came out, gave me a fair bid. Paid him half up front...didn't even cash the check until 2 days before he was scheduled to show up and begin the work. We ended up going out of town right before he was due to come. Came back to an excellent job. Super honest guy...thanks for a job well done.

It was excellent. They were courteous and on-time. They were great about calling me back if I had a question. They cleaned up after they were done. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend them to others.

Mark was awesome to work with and get the ball rolling. His crew was punctual and professional. The 2 day project only took them 1 day. They painted 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, stairwell, 2 hallways, half a living room and half of my kitchen. Price was fair and competitive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs painting done.

Mark & Danny were super professional to work with. As a first time home owner, I was not only in a rush to move in but it was a holiday week (Thanksgiving) and incredibly difficult to find a painter to paint the interior of my home (1700 sq ft). Mark and his team were able to frame in an outdated entertainment cubby space, correct a botched texturized job in several spots in the kitchen, paint the ceilings doors and walls all in 3.5 days. 3 different colors, multiple angles and soffits to cut into,  but it came out gorgeous and I was able to schedule my movers and deliveries in time for the holiday weekend. I would definitely use again, great reliable team, great product and fair pricing.

They showed up at the time that they said, and they got the work done very cleanly (swept up all paint chips) and professionally. I will be calling back to get the rest of the home painted very soon.

Very well. They came out look at my job the very day sent in my request. It was a father son team, both professonal and very nice. We agreed on a date and time for the job to be performed. They came right on time and did a great job. My living room looks great!

I schedule this job from Across the country and everything went so smooth! Mark was very professional and was able to start the job immediately. I never met the crew but the finished product looks amazing. I had one small issue. One room was previously painted with stripes. After Mark's crew painted, the stripes were still visible. We were told the only way to cover the lines would be to texture the flat walls. Mark hooked us up with an inexpensive texture team that was as equally professional. He then sent a guy back out to repaint the room at no charge. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Mark and his crew.

They painted the inside fine. The job was scheduled for 1 day. It took 2 days. When I went to check on it, there were pieces of trash left all over the place. The pieces of plastic and tape that they left weren't too big of a deal. But there were also melted candies left on the carpet throughout the condo. I had a cleaning service in the condo the day before the painters. Had I known that a mess would be left, I would have brought the cleaning crew in after. Thankfully, the carpet cleaners were coming in after. But the cleaning crew did run the vacuum which was a waste of their time and my money. There were paint stains on the 2 of the windows. One is just from fingers closing the window. But the other is a little larger than a quarter and is highly visible. There were paint stains on the toilet seat. There was paint in the kitchen sink and there were paint rings left where they cleaned their brushes, used the sink stop, then put the dirty sink stop back on the counter. I wiped down the sink as much as I could, but I had to return with a scrub pad to clean the sink. The shower curtain rod was left in the tub. At first I was annoyed by this, then I realized that they left it there because the paint wasn't dry. Then I thought about it more. Originally, this was a 1 day job. But it turned into a 2 day job. I didn't mind that the job took longer. But if they were there on the second day, they could have put the shower curtain rod back up. In light of everything else, the shower curtain rod isn't a big deal. And had that been the only problem, I wouldn't even mention it. Lastly, one of the closet doors was stuck shut. I presume they closed it before the paint dried. I had to yank on the door. When I was able to open the door, the paint peeled off leaving a scab on the door frame and paint missing from the door. I sent an e-mail to Mark, he replied and said he would fix it. We tried multiple times to schedule when he would fix it. When we finally were able to schedule a time to fix the problems, I got up an hour early to meet him. On my way there, he texted me to say he was running late and asked if I could leave a key under the door mat. I told him I was done trying to work with his schedule to fix his mess. So I cancelled with him and said I would fix it myself. He called me and I explained how unhappy I was with his service and that I would just do it myself. He claimed that he was only going to be a few minutes late. But I told him that it seemed like a few minutes versus leaving a key because he would be late was a big difference. Then he claimed that the mess wasn't his fault in the first place, claimed that I was blaming other paint jobs on him (the condo has only ever been painted by him since I've owned it), he called me a name and I hung up on him. I will never use this company again and don't recommend him to anyone.

It was a fabulous experience, Paint Pros were truly "Pro's". The job was fantastic, we really do recommend them.

It went really well. Work was started and completed on agreed timetables. The crew was professional and courteous. Quality of job is excellent.

Perfect and professional crew

I am very impressed with Paint Pros.  I was able to have Mark come out to give me a quote within days of my request and he confirmed and arrived promptly.  He was very thorough and I felt at ease with the fact that he wasn't trying to nickel and dime me.  The price I paid was very fair, considering how well rated they are on Yelp.  The three painters arrived on time the day of the job and paid extra care with my wood floors and modern furniture.  I am impressed that they went above and beyond and even caulked areas that I forgot about when doing my base boards.  The painting was fast and precise. What really stood out to me is how responsive Mark was throughout the process (as a girl: I have many questions!).  He was happy to help and everyone I encountered from the company was kind, knowledgable and professional.  My sister needs painting and I have already referred her.  
I highly recommend paint pros if you are looking for a company that uses high quality paint (DUNN-EDWARDS).  They even left me extra paint, to my request as I will be renting the house out next year and want to have extra touch up paint.  Again, paint pros was incredibly kind, helpful, prompt and professional.  Look no further!  Great work at a great price :)
