Every step of the process went exceedingly well, from scheduling to service. I was completely satisfied with the quality of work, which was excellent and offered at a fair price. The electrician was professional, easy to work with, and showed genuine concern for ensuring the job was done right. They upgraded my panel, installed an EV wall charger, and replaced my carriage lights. Pacific Electric will always be my go-to for electrical needs. Leo and Axem wore booties, they were careful with the long ladder, and Axem was safe on the ladder in awkward positions reaching/replacing the lights above the stairwell. Safe and efficient. ?

We hired Pacific Electric because of a previous positive experience with them. Axen and David were on time as promised, explained in detail the job and how they would complete it and were professional and polite the entire time they were in our home. They installed 2 GFI outlets which were required to be on their own circuit. W are very satisfied and will hire them once again when the need arises.

Pacific Electric is awesome! I cannot recommend them enough. Today Travis came on time. He was very personable and got right to solving our problem. The whole company is like that. They excel at communication.

Our main breaker problem was diagnosed and repaired. We received same day emergency service on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. We had a technician, Reymundo Mejia, at the house in about 3 hours. He was professional, efficient and very polite. We had our power restored in less than an hour after he fixed the issues causing the problem.

Pacific Electric was fast to respond and sent an excellent technician (Reymundo) to diagnose our issue. Once diagnosed, he let me know what it would require to repair the issue. After I gave approval, he quickly finished up and showed me the repairs and how everything was functioning correctly. Great service overall!

He located the problem right away, and fixed it quickly. I will only use this company for my electrical needs in the future.

These guys are awesome. We had Stephen and David remove the Coax cables and install cat6 cables, as well as install an outside plug. They were fast, neat, courteous, and really really knew what they were doing. I'm use them again any day should we need an electrician. In addition, the price was quite reasonable.

With so many issues during the pandemic it was so nice to deal with Pacific Electric. Starting with Kim in the office. She was so nice and did everything to get the techs out to my place ASAP. Kenny came out first, did a great job fixing my main breaker. He was very professional and a very nice guy as he explained everything. I still had issues with my bathroom lights but it was late and he was going to come back out. Shane ended up coming back out to fix the bathrooms and he also is extremely nice, very professional, he shows you all he is doing and the plan to find what is wrong. He located the problem in no time and helped me out so much I can't thank him and Kenny enough. If I could give more than 5-stars to Pacific Electric I would. If you need electrical work done, don't hesitate to call Pacific Electric. From Kim to the techs they are a Class A business who puts the care of Las Vegans before the mighty dollar like so many other places do these days. Thanks Kim, Kenny and Shane, you guys were the best.

I called Pacific Electric based on so many wonderful reviews and it is certainly understandable why there are so many. I did not have an emergency, but one of our smoke detectors started shrieking for no apparent reason on Sunday night. It must have been an electrical short because my husband hit the detector with a broom handle and the shrieking stopped. The next day I called Pacific Electric and made an appointment for the following day. Shane G. was the technician and he was absolutely wonderful-prompt, courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable and informative about what needed to be done. There was no up-selling and Shane was very considerate of my property. My recommendation is to look no further than Pacific Electric if you need any kind of electrical work done.

David was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous electrician. I would definitely hire Pacific again based on his performance.

Michael arrived looked at the lights found the problem and corrected. He then replaced the bad outlet. He was nice and communicates what he was doing and why at each step.
