Everything went well. Did not like the product used for cleaning. When I redid both rooms with a regular rug shampooer, got more dirt out of carpets. So whatever product he used was not very effective.

It was excellent. They did a fabulous job with the carpet and I was very satisfied. They were extremely thorough and addressed every need that's how we wanted. He kept going over the areas that I had concern with.

The young man who did the cleaning had a friendly attitude and was quite chipper. He spent extra time on our bedroom carpet because our 2 dogs had left several "calling cards" there and he used a strong cleaner to get rid of the smell and the spots. He did a great job for a very fair price.

The service man arrived on time and was very professional. No issues with him.
My issue is with the quality and results of the cleaning. Our carpet was only 6 months old at the time of service. Our old dog had thrown up in two places and left spots. We wanted those areas cleaned.
The chemicals they used to clean the carpet took a long time to dry and left a sticky coating on our carpet. After the treatment, the carpet was left matted and stiff. The sections that were cleaned now look and feel terrible compared to the rest of the carpet in the room.
I would not use this service again. Very disappointed.

The guys were very courteous, arrived on time, and explained how they would be cleaning our carpet. We have a trellis patterned carpet that was 2 years old at the time of the cleaning, and they felt confident they could appropriately clean it. There were a few light stains on the carpet and they said they could get them out with no problem. I agreed to the services and they continued with the cleaning. Once they were gone and the carpet was dry, I examined the job they did. In several areas, the nap in the carpet was VERY fuzzy and mottled. It was clear that the tool they used to clean the carpet had been held in each area WAY too long, and it destroyed the look of my carpet. I did not call them to report this because I just flat didn't want the hassle. The only way to remedy the damage would be to replace all the carpet.

Very punctual and quick.
Did not have the equipment necessary to do upholstery cleaning, said they would return to finish the job and never did.
Technician was on the phone the whole time, and didn't seem to be very in to the job.

Very professional, they do good work. The only reason I gave a B on Quality was because they forgot to note upholstery when scheduling, so the tech had to rush to clean upholstery before his next appointment. (It was before Christmas and they were tightly scheduled. He got it done, though. I think he would have done a better job (on upholstery) if he had been allotted more time.
I have used this company before, and will use them again. They are very good, polite, and work hard. I like their cleaning product and overall results better than the steam clean method.

Scheduled an appointment on July 22 at 1:45 p.m. At 2:30 p.m. we called Oxi Fresh to see what had happened. Were told "technician had car trouble and could not make the appointment." We asked why no one had called to advise us of this and were told "Oh, sorry, we will reschedule again for tomorrow at 1:15 p.m." Second appointment was scheduled for 1:45 p.m. July 23. Again, another no-show and, again, no call. This company is too undependable with poor customer service. Will never use again.

I was impressed that the technician cleaned an area of carpet for me to decide if their dry cleaning method would produce the results I wanted. The dry cleaning method would not clean the dirty carpets to my expectations. The friendly technician was determined to only clean my carpets if I'd be satisfied and would not take any money for the work performed.

The Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaners arrived on time and cleaned two large bedrooms and a hallway. We have light-colored carpet and several stains from years of children and pets. They were very friendly and efficient and left the carpet in much better shape than it had been. We didn't have to move large furniture ahead of time, because they were able to work around beds and desks. Overall, we were very pleased with their service.
