When I moved into this townhouse, I'd see few small bugs and spiders inside, but had these huge roaches in the garage that came in from outside every night. I hired Orkin to do a garage and outside perimeter service, as I don't want pesticides used in the living areas. I was very impressed with how professional they are--very courteous and punctual. I rarely see a bug, and if I see a roach in the garage, it's dead. I highly recommend this business.

They took all furniture into a truck (two loads) and heated it to destroy all bedbugs. They also lifted all carpet at the wall and sprayed under the edges throughout the house. Only requirement for me was to wash all clothing in hot water. That took 2 days. Completely satisfied; no bugs of any kind a month later.

They did a good job and were efficient.

They come once per month, and come out additionally as needed. They also take care of my neighbor and another home across the street. I've been using them for about 18 years. Dave comes out to our home, always provides very good service, and is always professional. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using Orkin for years now since we had a bad ant problem that the pest control company we had before could not get a handle on. They are always there when they say they will be and call the day before they are coming. If you have a problem in between visits they come back - no charge. They stand behind their policies - no problems ever. You may pay a bit more but you get what you pay for! You really don't realize how good they are until you have a bad problem! Staff is great - always friendly and professional.

Orkin Pest Control are very fairly priced: they are very competitive with all the other pest control agencies. They've always been very punctual. They do a nice clean job on billing and they are very efficient. They call in advance of actually coming out, which is always nice. I haven't really seen a lot of bugs, so they're doing their job! They could be a little bit cheaper but it's ok considering the area that I have to have done.

We used a mom and pop place that said they didn't know what to do. I called Orkin, they spent 2 hours the first time to pull the plates off and put poison in the wall and you name it. I never saw ants in the house again for 6 years. We just moved to a new house and I'm bringing them with me. It's $40 a month but if you need them in the interim they will come out with no charge. I've already had them out to my new house to bomb it.

They do the whole inside and outside of the house and garage. I have not even had inside my house since we first built the house. Nothing gets in. If there ever is a problem, they come out right away. I had black widows in my fountain and they were out right away to take care of me.

They do a monthly general pest control. Since I have been using them, we have had no pest.

Orkin is a good, efficient practice.

It's good and they're always really thorough. The guy who does it is very personable. If I have any issues during the two months they're not here, they come out and take care of it. That's the biggest thing and ndash; they'll come out between visits. They're great.

I think they do a better job then other companies. I don't see bugs when I have them, also if you have them and then you do see some critters you don't like you can call them and they will come out free of charge anytime. If you see bugs of ants they will come out, take care of it and not charge. They are prompt, their prices are reasonable, their technicians are courteous and I think they are very well informed about what they do. I've had them for probably 15 years or more.

I have been using them for quite a few years. I used to have a horrible ant problem and they have tackled that. The guy who was coming out for quite some time was excellent. He would explain what he was doing and why. I am a little concerned because he is not working for them anymore. They will come out in between times if you have a problem. They are very good. They call the day before and schedule things. They are a bit pricey.

They are great! Every time I have asked them to come out between scheduled visits they have sent Kurt out and he is always on time, very professional, and always willing to go above and beyone. Living in Las Vegas a pest control service is definitely needed! I would highly recommend Orkin.

I pay them $85 every two months. The guy who comes out does a really thorough job and I haven’t had any problems. All the bugs that I see are outside the house and not inside. So they did a good job and it seems to work. They are a little pricey. I would use their services in the future too.

Orkin comes to our house every other month for just under $95/visit. We contact them about three years ago when we had ants in our kitchen. They've serviced that original and our new home ever since. They are very responsive on the rare occasion that there are problems. Our tech, Joel, is always on time (often even a bit early), professional and friendly. The couple of times we've had other techs (such as if Joel is sick or vacationing) have also been very professional. We saw some cheaper estimates but liked the national reputation of the company.

They have done an excellent job. I've had the same guy for the last 5 years. If I have any issues he is right out here doing the job. He really enjoys what he does and if you have a particular issue they have different products that they use depending on what the issue is. He hasn't missed a date or a time. It's an excellent service.

After an excellent initial consultation, Joe sprayed inside and outside our home, killing ants and black widow spiders. He comes every other month to spray the outside of the house. Joe is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price is a little higher than we might pay elsewhere, but Joe is great and the service is guaranteed, including coming out between bi-monthly visits if we see any pests (we haven't seen any yet).

It has been wonderful ever since we started working with Orkin. We have had no crickets at all. If we ever see any crickets, they will come out free of charge and spray the house again. Its very convenient. They just bill my credit card every two months, so I never have to worry about my bill.
