This company is a complete fraud. do not hire their business! They overcharged me hundreds of dollars to change a $10.00 breaker that took less than 10 minutes, which left me with the problem still unresolved. Spoke to management/owner who not only refused to discount, refund or compensate; but became emotionally unhinged over the phone. Incredibly unprofessional behavior. He was verbally abusive, and used an unnecessary amount of profanity and derogatory language against me. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical, and he even threatened to sue and put a lien on my home. This is absolutely reprehensible behavior. He also continued to send threats and harassment over text. Please take your business elsewhere and save your money, time and grief.

I ignore them because it's unprofessional... almost a week after that the text me and calling me a b**** .. all they had to do is call and leave a message about the issue and it could of quickly been resolved! I definitely don't trust them and wouldn't recommend

These guys have been to my house three times now and the problem is STILL not fixed! I had an issue with my breaker continuing to 'trip' so I called One Hour to look into it. Alan came out and upgraded the breaker and replaced the outlet. The same day, the problem continued so I called them back. Alan returned and was like "you have an open ground". I'm like, why didn't you fix this the first time you were here. He fixed that and you guessed it, the problem still persists. Now I have no power at all to the outlet even after resetting the breaker. I called them AGAIN after filing a complaint with the BBB. Alan and his '**** surfing' buddy were rude as F@#$ and demanded I retract the complaint. I ended up throwing them off my property! I filed a charge back with my bank for the nearly $400 they charged me. I was willing to let it go, but this morning Jeff Talley responded to my Facebook review saying "You're a d#$@ sucker". I am now telling EVERYONE about my experience with this company! STAY AWAY!!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had with any technician I have had out to my home. Two visits and $539 and still my problem was not resolved then they wanted to charge me another $450 to actually fix the problems.

$80
Two teenagers came to my home and after two hours were unable to resolve the issue, upon being asked to leave they demanded a $250 payment and put me on the phone with their boss, "Jeff". I explained the agreed price was $80 and I was happy to pay the $80. He was insulting, disrespectful, and making threatening comments, I gave the boy his phone back and told him I would not speak to "Jeff" anymore. I again offered to pay the $80 and told him that he has my name and address, and he should send me an invoice for the balance. He declined to take my offer and I asked them to leave. They remained in front of my house until after I locked up and left. I drove around the block and then back to my house. The van was still there so I drove around again and called the police. After another 10 minutes the van was gone, I went into my house to find no power. I inspected my panel and found the main breaker had been pulled out and burned, there was a screwdriver bit burned into the box, arking and damage all over the panel. The damage was estimated at $4,500. My mother called the owner of the company to report the technician's actions and he stated "Why dont you send me a bill?" He then proceeded to call her vile names and insult her numerous times. She disconnected the call and he proceeded to call back three times. I finally answered and told him his actions amounted to harassment. Police investigation into this incident and litigation is pending, but meanwhile, I want consumers to know they should not call this company under any circumstances.

Horrible experience. Despite making my appointment a week in advance, the technician (?) showed up four hours late. After arriving, all he did was complain about how his employer over-booked him and that he had been working since 7 pm the night before.  I took him upstairs to show him the job. I asked him to make sure all the insulation in the attic was put back where he found it and to also make sure that there was no dirt or debris left behind. He said "oh sure, my house is spotless at home." Once in the attic, he started complaining about how hot the attic was (probably because he showed up at noon instead of 8 AM). Then I got an earful about how small the crawl space was in the attic as well. His endless stories about his business ownership in Arkansas and how he felt about the job our current administration was doing - turned a 3 hour job into a 4.5 hour job. When he was finally done installing the fans, we could not test one of them because he broke two of the light bulbs (included) AND the battery for the remote control was missing. He blamed all of this on the manufacturer. He swept up quickly and was in such a hurry to get out the door that he didn't even give me a carbon copy of the paid invoice. After he left (allelujiah!!!) I went to batteries plus and bought the battery for the remote. When I arrived home, I discovered two boxes of trash that he left behind on the second floor. I went thru the boxes before disposing of them and I found the missing battery that he threw away. Then went into the bedrooms where the fans were installed and discovered debris and dirt all over the beds and carpet (his house is "spotless"). Pieces of insulation littered the carpet on the steps and would have to give this company a D- for cleanup. I also took a look at the attic and (of course) none of the insulation was put back as promised. I complained to the Service (?) Manager the next day and all I got was a few angry phone calls from the service tech that was sent out to my house. I also asked the service manager for a copy of my invoice - (surprise) I never got it. If you value punctuality, reliability and good service, use any company but this one. I wouldn't recommend them for much more than dog walking (which is debatable if you love your dog).
