Handyman Stephen Drapala came out within 1 hour of calling him in regards to changing batteries in smoke alarm. Did have problems with the old smoke alarms while changing..long story short I had Stephen replace all the smoke alarms in the home. He went to Home Depot and got the 'new' smoke alarms and installed each one. He was very efficient and courteous to this ole 72 year gal. I felt very comfortable with him and trust on his recommendation to replace unist. I recommend him and will be using him for any future problems I may have. Darlene Tavares
