Our residential HVAC system hadn't been serviced in quite awhile and Ivan did a terrific job inspecting and addressing any concerns we had about our air-conditioning. He recommended replacing an aging capacitor, which we did. Totally professional service. Will use them again.

Very well, technician very helpful, articulate, and convinced me to have ducts cleaned at a later date, which I did, and was happy with the second project. They took their time with ducts, and advised me about what they were doing at each step, as well as showing me pictures taken inside the ducts, and pictures of dirt removed etc.

French did a lot for $29 fee, better than any other AC service I had in the past 4 years plus provided professional advice on system replacement

The girls in the office were polite, professional and helped me save money. They told me to go on Angie's list, purchase a service call for $44.00 and to have my tenant show the purchased to the service man when he comes. Within a maybe an hour the service man was at the house fixing the heater. When the job was finished he called me told me that a prong was not connected that ignited the heater. Fixed the problem, explained to me how this could of happened reassured me that everything should be fine. I would definitely recommend On Spot Air and will be using them again.

My 15 year-old heating/air conditioning unit began making so much noise I shut it down and called On The Spot Air. French arrived that afternoon and took out a couple of large parts. The blower motor had come apart among other things so I told him I wanted a new unit. He called Randy, a sales rep who came over and recommended a $9,000 unit. My house is 1600 sq. ft and 37 years old. I thought that was a bit much. Randy figured out some discounts and then called the mfr. for another one and got the price down to $7,500. I don't know if this was for the same unit he quoted $9,000 but I finally agreed. I did not ask about a cheaper unit. The new one was installed by the next afternoon. From the ladies in the office, to Randy and the installers, everyone was very friendly and efficient. Even though I paid more than I was comfortable with I am delighted with the new system. There are two bedrooms in the house that were never the right temp. We have been using fans and space heaters for 27 years and no longer have to do that in these rooms. I am delighted with this result and the miscellaneous upgrades from the old unit.

Very nice guy. I just wanted my system checked up on because I had been gone for a while and had tenants looking after things. He told me what I could do for preventative maintenance. I think since he was former Navy as am I, we just had a nice conversation the whole time.

Randy and his Team were great to work with. The service techs were all knowledgeable and professional. On time and all work was completed as promised.

The entire process went great. They replaced the 2 ton unit with a 2.5 ton unit as we were advised the unit was not quite large enough for the area that is was trying to cool. The unit was original to the home when it was built in 1996 and the practice at the time by builders was to save as much money building the home. In most cases at the time, this was standard practice. The entire installation of all equipment (outside & attic) took a one day. The day before they brought in a portable A/C unit to help cool the upstairs as there were our boys living in that part of the house. There was no additional charge for this which led us to rank their professionalism as excellent. The new system as installed works great. We would recommend this company to others as the hole crew did a great job. When the other A/C unit starts to go "south", we will be calling them again to replace that one.

I applied for membership with Angie's list when I saw a discounted price for tune up on my ac, so it will be cleaned up according to your list. But before that my ac does not have a problem with cooling or the air not stopping when the certain temperature is reached. On the spot air came did check it and fine tune, I suppose. Wrote on the ticket that my ac needs to be replaced. To cut the story short my air does not stop any more, so We stop the ac altogether ended up buying portable ac, that I can afford as of now. I am very disappointed , very disgruntled and wish I never attempted for a tune up.

Called them and they said they would have someone there within 2 hours. Arrived promptly. The repairman's name was Phap. Very clean and professional. He wore booties in and out of my home. Cleaned up after himself and showed me his work for inspection. He even tidied up a sloppy wiring from a repair that had been done several years ago. Didn't try to hard upsell me, and was honest about the work that needed to be done. Our units are 15 years... just hoping to get maybe 1 more year or 2 out of them... so he was happy to just change out the fan. They charged me $569.00 for the service which seemed reasonable.

I ended up having to pay the inspection fee again because I took the advise of On the Spot Air to go with the original AC installer to re-inspect and fix (weld) the hole in the copper tubing. Still happy with the outcome.

We had problem with our AC system and called On the Spot Air. Randy was on time. He was very very professional, knowledgeable and patient with us. Explained and answered all our questions in detail. We decided to replace the whole air conditioner and heating system. The crew were very clean and polite. It was very hot that day so Randy brought in a portable cooler to make sure the house is not too hot. We had a swamp cooler that we don't want anymore. Randy took it away for us without charging us extra. He went extra mile to help us. We are completely satisfied with him and his crew members.
