OAK CREEK LAWN & LANDSCAPE

I had a 21 year old pine tree that I wanted to keep and make the focus of my front yard landscape. I did not want excessive amounts of rock and asked that my yard look like a little piece of the Spring Mountains or Mount Charleston near Mary Jane Falls. Some of the materials were recycled from other jobs in order to keep the cost down. This company gave me exactly what I asked for and the yard is easily the best-looking in the neighborhood. The lighting is amazing and thus far all materials are doing well. I have the landscaper coming over next week to check out two plants that appear distressed. In addition to setting up lighting that looks great, I now have a more secure home as the lights were placed to illuminate the side of the house. Little details such as using pea gravel in the areas that I will have potted plants, small rock near the hose attachment to absorb water drips and moving the valve out of the way make the yard flawless. The owner is "hands on" and those little touches that make it look very natural were done by his hands. Landscaping is expensive, this is not a cheap conversion, but boy does it look great.

The construction went well. They were fast and I still like the design. They just cost so much per month to maintain it, which you had to do in order for them to stand by their work, and it was sloppy service.

Their plant expert knows plants very well and knows what's wrong with them just by looking at them.

He arrived at the appointed time and was very unobtrusive. He did the work and his results were very nice. We have used him for awhile now, once a week and have already referred him to several people we know.

This company was not a hard sell. They were more into the measurements and the materials, not the design. The guy was very nice and professional. He did show up on time and gave us a menu to look at. They did not have the best price, but it was worth considering. It was a good experience.

Breck, the owner of the company was a little slow to respond to my inquiries, but once he set a date, his men showed up exactly on time, worked all day, and when they were finished I couldn't believe what a wonderful job had been done. The plants, bushes and trees all looked beautiful and healthy, there wasn't a weed anywhere (and there were jillions in between the rocks). All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. I will definitely be using them again.

Dreadful. They said they weeded, aerated and reseeded. They were paid for this, but at neither yard was any improvement noted. Weekly service was five minutes of run the lawn mower and leave. One lawn went almost totally brown because the sprinkler was not set properly and they did nothing (even though you would have to be blind not to note the problem). Their supervisor acknowledged that the weeding, aeration and seeding had not been effective. They said they were going to redo it but they never did. After a few months of waiting for improvement, I cancelled their service. I think their crews are not well trained, or maybe not trained at all. Obvious (even major) sprinkler problems were not fixed even after I asked the supervisor to please have the crew routinely take care of them (or report them to him). I had preauthorized necessary repairs. Only when I noted the problem and called it in would they have someone fix a problem.

Oak Creek Lawn & Landscape did a great job on my lawn. I thought that they were very dependable and did the work just how I wanted it done. I do use them on a regular basis and I know that I can plan on them showing up on time every time. I really like the people that come out and do the work.

It is a constant battle keeping the sand and leaves out of our yard. We have to do minor cleanup ourselves during the week. It would be ten times worse for us, if we did not have Oak Creek come over once a week. They do a great job, and the yard looks perfect after their weekly visits to our house. We saw them doing the neighbors yard and we just hired them on the spot. We have been using them ever since.

Oak Creek responded quickly to our call to re-establish this tree. They did a fine job of anchoring our tree and realigning it in the ground. We feel they charged a fair price and the tree has been doing very well since.
