This is not the first time I used Atul and Michelle's service
They are the best - I consider them my IT Team
They speak to you in a language you can understand -
They're assessment of the computer and what needs to be done to fix is always spot on providing information on updates (pros and cons)
I never feel pressured and always confident that my computer is in the right hands

In addition to upgrading my computer, one of the options was buying a new one. I inquired about what they had that would suit my needs and made the decision to purchase it from them. There was absolutely no pressure from them - in fact, Michelle suggested I do some comparison shopping first to be sure I was comfortable about purchasing it from them.  Based on some price shopping I had already done, I decided to buy the computer then and there.  I have my life back!  Again, with no pressure to buy and all of my questions answered, I felt very good about the purchase and have the peace of mind to know I can take it to them in the future if help is needed.

Our 4-year old laptop was running very slow, needed to be updated, checked for viruses, etc.   Not being very tech-savvy, and after reading some of the reviews on Angie's List, we brought it to NV PC FIX.  Michelle listened to my concerns, asked some questions, made some suggestions, explained what they would do, and that it would be done within two days.  Our data was backed up, a new SSD was installed and data restored, a few programs were updated, and new ones were installed.  Michelle called that same evening to say our laptop was ready to go, although we did wait until the next day to pick it up. 

The next day Michelle and Atul answered more of our questions and walked us through a few items.  They were helpful, they were professional, and they were nice to work with.  We will use them in the future.

Dropped off my non-operational Apple Macbook Pro at 12:00 noon.  Picked it up at 6:00 pm that same day.  During that 6 hour time period, Michele replaced the hard drive and cable installing all of the original files back onto the new drive.  Computer worked flawlessly when I picked it up.  Settings were all functional.  They even gave me back the bad hard drive.  Not bad for under $300.00.  You get what you pay for. Michele and her technician were a joy to work with.  I will definitely do business with this company again.

They were very good and easy to deal with; they did what they said they would well within the time-frame provided.
Questions were answered courteously and in a friendly fashion.  Other services (like training, trouble-shooting) were described.  They made every effort to limit my expenses, and would offer various solutions with cost/benefit reviews.  
I absolutely will use in the future for all my personal and business needs, and highly recommend them to friends and neighbors; I'm glad they are in the community.

Am no hardware expert thus do appreciate the time Michelle took to review work done, discuss and make recommendations for my desktop's "better & extended health".  Satisfied with service and will use NV PC FIX LLC for all my desktop/laptop repairs.

Michelle and Atool know their stuff. Their follow through is excellent. I won't take my computer any where else.

I took my Dell laptop into Nvpicfix Computers & Michele thought I needed to replace the power cord connection. She then called me & told me they put in a new connection, but found it still didnt work& that I needed a new motherboard & it would cost $200 & take about 7-10 days. I told her don't fix it bcuz I wanted to get a second opinion. I told her I wanted to take it to best buy & she told me Best Buy doesn't do the in-depth analysis that her company does. So after a day or two, I texted her back & said go ahead & fix it. The next day she texted me & told me, now, they can't get they cant get the motherboard. I told her I would be in there in a few days to get my laptop. When I went in, the husband went to get my laptop from the back. When he came out he was carrying my laptop open. I thought they had fixed it and he wanted to show me something on the monitor. But he placed the opened laptop on the counter and it was not on. So I said " so you couldn't fix it huh". He responded, "I could have fixed it, but". At that time Michele interjected and said "no, we couldn't get the part, remember". To which he said "oh yeah, that's right". So I go to close the laptop and I hear a crack. I look at the laptop & I see it's all cracked in the back where the monitor meets the base and pieces are literally fallen off of my laptop. I immediately said to Michele "what did you do to my laptop". Michele said "you just broke it when you closed it". I said "What, I broke it, are you kidding me". We had a long exchange of words in which Michele had given me several theories on why it was my fault my Dell laptop was broken and literally coming apart at the seams. Her final theory was that I brought it in damaged. I told her, there is not a place on earth that would have accepted this laptop in its now present condition without having some kind of notation on my work order I.e. Customers laptop is broken at seam and wiring is exposed, laptop doesn't close correctly and monitor is lopsided and coming apart at bottom, but customer just wants to find out why laptop is not powering up. Give me a break! This is the most dishonest & deceiving act in business I have ever been a part of in my 51 years. I believe they dropped it while doing the evaluation and was not honest enough to admit. Michele thought it made more sense to tell me I brought my laptop in in this condition. I have attached pictures so you can see the current condition of my laptop that Michele said I bought to her, but again no mention of this condition on my work order. She wanted me to sign some kind of release form to which I refused and then she hollered at me to get out her store. Michele said she would refund my money through Angie's List. That is not good enough, I will be pursuing legal action against nvpicfix, llc, et al. This is the worse experience I've had in the years I've been using Angie’s List. In the end, I don't know if services were performed or not. I'll have to get another computer company to evaluate my laptop & what it would cost to repair in addition to the initial problem of not powering up.

They did a good job and got it done fast.
