Number One Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Donovan is always prompt, completes the maintenance in a timely manner and is always pleasant.  We originally learned about Number One Plumbing when we requested repair through out home warranty service company.  We contact Number One Plumbing directly now, since our home warranty no longer uses them and we have complete confidence in their service and repairs.

My AC heating unit was acting up and occasionally blows out cold air. I called AHS home warranty and they set me up with Number One plumbing. When the technician showed up, my heater started working again so the technician simply took the service fee of $75 and left by saying "Just call us when it blows out cold air again. Call us soon as it happenes". Few days later, my AC started acting up, so I called the company, but this time, I was told that they requested my home warranty to designate the problem to another company for second opinion. At first the guy tells me to call back when the problem returns, and then when I did call, they basically told me they don't want to deal with me anymore. Where is the trust in here? Totally not happy with this company.

They told us there was no reason to do a whole cleaning and did something basic to solve the problem.

Carmine showed up exactly on time, after calling me to give me notice he was on his way.  He was pleasant and professional. I showed him the toilet and he immediately told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost.  I agreed to the price (which was reasonable) and he quickly completed the work.  He was very neat (which I really appreciated as I had guests arriving later that day).  He provided a discount and the end price was less than I had expected, which was a nice bonus.  He also gave me some advice on another issue I had, and did not charge me extra.  This is the second time I have used Number One Plumbing and both times I have been more than pleased with the both the service and the cost.  They always take care of the issue like it was at their own home, and the extra care is appreciated.

I checked with several other providers and Number One was the most reasonable price plus their high rating on Angie's List were the deciding factors in selecting them. Plus, I received a senior citizen discount. Steve at Number One plumbing and Rick came out and handled the installation. It took them about an hour and there were a couple of delays but Steve put great effort into making sure I was happy (like cleaning up the mold that was underneath the old board supporting the hot water heater before putting down a new board). Steve consulted on a couple of other plumbing questions while he was here at no additional charge as well. Steve also pulled a permit for the installation and dropped off the form the next business day as requested. They did a great job at a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I had a slow leak behind the wall. The plumber was able to find and fix the leak with minimal damage. The plumber identified the source of the problem as being a faulty joint connecting two pipes. The plumber was fast and left the place clean for the drywall people. If you are searching for a plumber in Las Vegas then I would recommend this one.

Since I bought the house my upstairs couldn't cool below 85 degrees during the summer months in Las Vegas. My neighbors have the same AC issue. Over the years, I had three different AC companies come and try to fix the upstairs AC issue. However, only Air Conditioning Las Vegas was able to do it. The Air Conditioning Contractor immediately noticed that the AC unit was undersized for the square footage. He recommened that we get a bigger size AC unit with higher SEER rating. After installing the new air conditioner my upstairs cools to below 70 degrees (if I wanted). WOW! It's great to have cool air upstairs. It was like doubling the size of my house because the upstairs is now usable. By far the best Las Vegas air conditioning company!
