The contractor, Luis, is extremely lacking in professionalism. He never shows up on time when there s an appointment. When he said that he would be at your house at 8am, don t expect him to show up on time or call you beforehand if he couldn t show up on time. And when you call him to ask why, do expect a lot of excuses. This happened to me almost every time when we had an appointment. It was extremely frustrating. The contractor does not keep his promises or complete the work they promised to do. If you don't know much about landscaping, he would pull tricks on you very easily. The contractor made us pay before we could see any results because he indicated that we would not be able to see results right away. We did believe him and paid him. However, after we paid him, he started to ignore our calls and the problem with lack of professionalism became even worse than before. After they said that they had fixed all the irrigation systems and sprinklers, we found our water bill to be over $500 per month because there was a major water leak which was not properly fixed. And it took 4 rescheduled appointments and over 2 weeks for Luis (the contractor) to show up again to fix the problem. The contractor also guarantees all the grass will live and the weed will die, but majority of the grass are now covered by a variety of weed. The contractor promised to put weed killers to kill the weeds. But again, he never showed up. And eventually, he just decided to abandon the job since he couldn't seem to complete job as indicated in the contract. As we continued to call him, he said that he's not going to come again. What's worse is that the contractor claims that he knows people from the Nevada contractor s board so that he doesn't care even if we file complaint with Nevada contractor s Board.
