They are very professional. The same guy comes out each time, so we've gotten to know him. He is very friendly and thorough. He is pleasant to work with.

I had originally called them for a carpet cleaning only. They upsold me on the window cleaning when they arrived. While they did do a great job on it, I'm not entirely sure about the price. The work was done quickly. While one guy was doing carpets, the other was doing windows. They took the couches out to the driveway to clean them to avoid making a mess of my wood floor.
