I'm Disabled Combat Veteran living on disability. I explained I could not afford any more than I was already paying. My payments were to equal my existing power bill. They said I would never be paying Nevada power for their service again. That's the only reason I agreed. Promised by the salesman that the solar panels would supply approx 80-85% of my summer energy needs and 110% of my winter needs. My winter overage would cover my summer needs. The system actually only supplied 40% of my winter. Not even coming anywhere in the vicinity of the summer production promised. I demanded a refund and at first they agreed minus $2,000 I already paid. I wanted a FULL refund. Owner "Ted Mount" personally called me and cursed me out something fierce! Then he rescinded the refund offer. I couldn't make both power & solar payments. Forced to Bankruptcy! I didn't check license which was suspended at the time! I can't afford a lawyer or I would have sued for the lies & no license. BEWARE

I agree with everything said by the previous reviewer.  These people are terrible and should not be in business.
No appointments made or call backs, they just show up. They say they'll try Friday but never call that they're not coming.  My last service request was delayed time and again.  The solar panels leak almost every year.
Don't waste your money and time.  They don't care about you.

I contacted natural Energy based on a neighbor's recommendation who had used them in 2007.  Their sales presentation was competitive with others as was their price. my final decision was based on what my neighbor had described a s a good experience.
They started the work very quickly which impressed me.  The got the hard plumbing done with the pool equipment but once it was in at the end of the service call they told us they did not have the panels and would have to come back in a week or so. Well that turned into eight weeks. They never called to give updates. i always had to call and then no one could give em an update and would have someone call me back.  Sometimes they did. Most times they did not.
Finally the panels came in and got installed.  We have had them out twice in 1.5 years to repair leaks.
Now we find that the braces used to attach the main pipes leading to the roof panels to the side wall of pour house have pulled loose.  I called them and asked them to come repair.  They said someone would call me back.  Expecting to hear from someone that day or the next I called back today. They said their policy was to return calls like mine within two business days which was today. I received a second call a few minutes later telling me they could get out next Tuesday.  This is likely a 15-20 minute job which I would do myself if i was physically able to get on a ladder.  But until the pipes are reattached I cannot run my pool system. I told them i would have a handyman fix it and they threatened me telling me it would void my warranty. There is really no impact to their system if the pipes are reattached. It is only if they are not reattached in a timely manner.  
This company may have provided good service before the recession but they are totally incompetent now and show no concern for the needs of their customers. They do not provide service in a timely manner and are an excuse fabrication machine when it comes to why they cannot perform.  Would never use or recommend them.

Like other reviews say, you can't get anyone to return your call and you definitely can't find anyone when there is a leak.  Find another reputable company and don't pay in full until all things in contract are complete and you know there aren't any leaks.  If you decide to use this company write this in yourself.

The solar pool heating system didn’t work even after they came back twice to fix the problem. I called them many times to come back out, and they passed me around to somebody else. I called their customer service, and all they could say was that they were sorry that they were not able to fix it, and that they’d have the service representative come out again. The service representative said that I needed to put a pool cover, which I did, but the pool wouldn’t heat up. I spoke to a gentleman named Damien, on October the 7th, who said that he would get with the owner and would come out and check on the problem. I called back again on October the 13th, since I didn’t hear back from Damien. I’ve not heard from anybody at the company. I have even asked them to come and take it out. I am very dissatisfied with them, and their customer service has been poor. I don’t know how they can do business like this. I’ve already sent a letter of dispute regarding this to the finance company that I am supposed to make payments to. I am not going to pay for it. I have totally been ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Natural Energy provided us with very good service. However I was a little disappointed in the heating system, They explained what our options were for solar heating and helped us with the design issues. The installers were efficient in completing their work and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.
