They did do a good job but they didn't change a button for the brake but they changed it when I brought it back at no charge.  They were pretty quick to get on the job. 

They didn’t actually replace what needed to be replaced.  We had to take it elsewhere to have the work properly done.  We weren’t happy with the service.

Initially I called and asked for a "Labor Only" quote for replacing the Timing Belt and Water pump (a $ 60.00  kit) and all other belts since I would order the parts from the net. Sam (manager) at My Auto told me I may want to get a quote from Meyers Auto Parts (where they get their parts - at Nellis and Lake Meade). So I called Meyers and all the parts were about 40.00 dollars higher than the Net - so I thought lets just get them now. The Timing Belt and Water pump Kit were $ 65.00 + tax available for $ 55.00 on the net. I was told by Trent (on duty manager next day - since Sam was sick) at My Auto that if they ordered the parts then everything would be warranted. So after I had the car towed there and they diagnosed the vehicle additional (legitimate) problems were found like the Brakes and Motor Mount. When reviewing my bill later I see that I was charged $ 250.00 dollars for the $ 60.00 dollar kit.. A 400% Markup. I would NEVER allow this company to furnish ANY parts, the Mechanics seem competent however this is why Repair Shops generally get bad opinions - they are looking to Pad the Bill any way possible.

had a pulley blow off the compressor. they rebuilt the system and had it back to me the same day. I have used them on everything from an RV to old hot rod and have come to trust them completely. I have never had to take a vehicle back to them after they work on it. I love them!

The people in the shop are always friendly and get work done quickly. I needed service on my 2006 Dodge Ram. The dealer wanted almost $800.00 and My Auto did what was needed for a little more than half of the dealer cost. They have my business!

My experience was good. They were pricey, but I was happy with the service.

Honest strait forward auto shop. They don't try to get you to add on extra unnecessary services. The prices are more expensive than the cheap places that have advertised specials but then again, they don't have any hidden fees or add ons so maybe it works out to be about the same. I wish they were cheaper but they do a good job and guarantee the work and they are insured and recommended by AAA so it's worth the piece of mind.

They were honest and they took interest.  Their prices were good.

We went to the mechanic to have them fix our A/C. They filled it up with freon claiming that there may be a leak in the system. We went away for the weekend and it was hot the whole time. The AC was not working. We brought the vehicle back. He said that there was no way there was a problem. He then did a thorough check. He then wanted to charge us $800 for fixing the hole in the compressor. But the big problem was that he charged us $600 for fixing the system originally before we went away for the weekend. He didn't do a proper job the first time and if he did we wouldn't be in this position.

They are friendly and competent. I would recommend them. I think they are trustworthy.

My 2006 Maxima was leaking fluid in my garage and I took it in for an estimate. They called me within half an hour and said that they had isolated the leak and that it would be ready within 2 hours. When I picked it up, they told me to return, free of charge, in a week to make sure everything was working properly. I have had no problems since, and it has been almost 2 months. I would use them again.

I was so impressed because it was so fast. My car broke down three weeks ago. Another auto shop had it for ten days. I decided not to go back to them. I dropped my car yesterday to My Auto at noon. He called me right away, within the hour, to tell me what was wrong. They couldn't get the part in. They called me this morning to tell me they go it in and than called me at noon today to tell me it was ready.  The price was exactly what he quoted me.

My daughter was visiting from San Diego and her AC went out. She had my two granddaughters with her and we took the car to My Auto and they went above and beyond to find the parts needed and fixed her car in a timely manner so she could get home on time for appointments she had scheduled for the next day. Thanks so much My Auto. I will always bring my car there for repair.

I really like their timely service and reasonable prices.

The car died for no apparent reason overnight. It wouldn't turn over the starter. The battery leads were fine and there weren't any belts lying around, so I ended up having it towed over to My Auto Service. They evaluated it and found it was the 7 year old battery had simply given out. They had it fixed the next morning though they were very busy when I walked over to pick it up.

Found an electrical short and could have charged lots of money for a diagnostic. They did the job quickly and inexpensively. I highly recommend their service. Thanks.

I have been to these guys several times for oil changes. They have always surprised me with how fast they get the oil changes done - never took longer than 15 minutes even when it was busy. This time I needed a bunch of work done on the car to get it to stop leaking literally every fluid possible. They did it all plus some preventative maintenance - water pump and timing belt - the same day! The price was reasonable (as far as I am able to tell, anyway) and they gave me a 10% military discount. The leaks have stopped completely and they guarantee their work for a year so I wouldn't be worried if they hadn't.
