Mrs. Carpet & Mr. Duct

one guy arrived 2 hours before the appointment, gave 10 mints notice.
He did not wear shoe cover ( we have newly stained wood stairs and newly installed laminated floor after the house remodeling recently). the dust from him and from his vacuum  pipe causes more dust in the house.
He opened the vent, and told it is clean in the duct, no need to clean it. so all he did is just to take out the vent plates from each room  to clean. when I asked him why not have the vacuum hook to the duct because people cannot see deep inside. especially during the remodeling, the dust was everywhere in the house and a/c was running. then he replied "it is clean, no need. only the vent is dirty". when I insist, he said "do you want me to do a show just to make you happy". this is so unprofessionally!  All $300 value service they will do is just to clean the dust on the vent plate???!!!
So I called their office, the lady who might be the manager agreed with him, she said she has to believe her technician since he has 7  or 8 years experiences. if he sees it is clean, then no need to clean it. just like if tooth is clean then why go to dentist for cleaning...
that's exactly what she said over the phone. She has no comment when I told her this is a over 14  year old house, just finished a lot of drywall remolding and wood sanding work. she just kept saying she believes the guy on the field.
I talked to my friend who used another company, he told me the service I am getting is totally wrong and lies.
thanks to Amazon local's customer service, they refunded full amount to me right away after I explained to them.
