Move It Forward

They had me make an initial down payment and then asked for a second down payment after they picked up my furniture. I didn't know they were going to have two deposits and was told when I called about my delivery date that I needed to come pick up my furniture because I had refused the second deposit even though I didn't know about it and they had my credit card information. I paid the second deposit and they delivered the furniture 8 days later. They charged $300 more than what the contract said when they got here, which my daughter and son in law paid. They told me they would refund that portion of what was paid, but I still have not received anything from them.
