Moore Air Conditioning & Heating

They put the thing in about two years ago or something like that and now I guess their gonna be selling it to somebody else. See  I was noticing there weren't gonna be here, but they did a real good job and their not going to be around anymore their given their, well he's selling it to somebody they have it in a different name but it was Moore Air Conditioning & heating they did a real good job though. Every time we call they come out.

Everything went well !!!  Laura called in the morning saying they were out with their daily schedule.  Asked her if they could call when they are on their way, no problem.   Ed called later saying they would be here in 15 minutes.  10 minutes later, they were ringing the door bell.  Ed and Stan were our service people and they were VERY professional, knowledgeable, explained everything to us clearly.  Stan spoke with a strong voice, which was great for my husband who wears hearing aides and heard every word without having to repeat anything.  We signed a 1 year service agreement and very happy that we did.  I would definitely use this company even if we did not have a service agreement.  EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, and did not try to sell us anything we did not want !!

We had ongoing issues with the heat and A/C not switching on in both of the dual HVAC units. We had had it repaired twice by the home warranty company provider. The third time, I requested service from the home warranty company and also noted that this was the third repair in 6 mos and I wanted someone to evaluate the issue. The home warranty company sent a different provider. This guy said that he repaired it, but the units were very dirty and looked as if they had never had maintenance, and if it happened again he wasn't sure the home warranty would pay for it. My next door neighbor had said the previous owner did have the units serviced regularly, and neither of the other two guys that had come out previously said anything about them being in bad shape, so I was a little suspicious. I called the Moore company on a recommendation from our neighborhood magazine. They came out and inspected the units and serviced them. They told me both units were performing properly and did not appear to be ill maintained. I was very happy with their service and professionalism. They did not try to hard sell me on anything. The charges were exactly what I was quoted on the phone. I signed up for a regular maintenance contract with them because I felt confident that they do business in a fair and honest manner. I am not sure why the home warranty provider said what he did, but I have had other negative experiences using the home warranty company...so not totally surprised. I would highly recommend the Moore company. I was very glad I called them and got an honest evaluation!

The service went fine. Everything was fine. They did a good job.

They did a good job. They were recommended to us by somebody. They did what they said they would and they even came out and checked it to make sure everything was alright. They were reliable, they put in a good equipment, and they were fair. They did it when they said they would, and it passed the inspection because the inspector came out. Everything went fine. They were here when they said they would be and all the workers were nice.

I use a bedroom on the West side of our house for an office and it was always hot in the summer. That was probably due to running computer, printer, TV all day, plus sun in afternoon. Moore took 1 look and told me I had to have a larger duct for AC, like the other bedrooms. They installed it in less than 2 hours and the room has been comfortable every since. They checked AC unit and told me it was good, at no charge. They were on time, good price, very clean and efficient. I highly recommend them.
