Sue came up with a nice design and had a crew out to correct the poor work done by another landscaper. The were fast and did an excellent job!

It was a weekly service and the reason I quit is that they were extremely expensive. IT was $175 a month. One of the workers spoke english and the others didn't,  and they tried to fix whatever problems that were there and they made sure that it was fixed. Four of them came out and it took about twenty minutes. Their service was fine but it was not any better after they were here or before-it was the same as it was. the lawn takes time to be fixed and it was not fixed. They were professional.

We have a large front yard that needed redesigned and updated. After collecting three bids, we chose to work with Moon-Sun Landscape based on their design and professionalism. It was a positive experience from the beginning to the end. My calls were always returned the day I made them. A detailed bid was provided within the time frame stated. I always felt valued as a costumer and was very happy with the work completed. Mark would come to the property any time I had questions. The workers were on time and paid attention to detail. I would recommend this team to anyone!

They are good, but we have to keep watching them and what they are doing making sure they are doing everything. Otherwise the service is good. They are here maybe half an hour. They do it in 110-120 degree too. It would be good if they could make a round of check on their work every two or three months to see if they are doing what they are supposed to do. They charge for everything that they put in like plants; there is an extra charge to that. With regard to price, it is expensive. With regard to responsiveness, they are good. The only thing is if they could make a round every three months to make sure that everything is up to par. They cut the rose bush here and they have still not picked up all their stuff. They did that at the end of March. With regard to punctuality, they are pretty good and on time. They are professional. I will continue to use them in the future; it is hard to find somebody who knows what they are doing.

I sent them away before they finished and I wouldn't have them again. The guys they sent were very polite and very nice but they didn't know how to beard the palms that I wanted done and they weren't about to listen to me. So, finally I told them to stop because they were butchering my tree. I paid them for what they had done and sent them away. They stepped on my landscaping a lot.

I have signed a contract with them to be used for a year but I switched to another company and they did not give a refund. They charge ahead of time. I have last used them in August but the yard did not look good after reminding them of the things to do.

We visited this business to talk with one of the owners about putting an irrigation system in our large backyard. He gave us an estimate and a price at that time. My concern was whether this would be a 'firm' price or additional costs would be added during and after the work was done, since the owner said he did not need to come and look at our Once we decided to go ahead with his estimate, a date for the installation was set. It was within a week of our agreeing to the work. The crew arrived early, worked industriously all day and completed the entire project. They were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after their work was done.Since the installation, we have visited the business several times for advice about plants, etc., in our yard. They have always been helpful and willing to provide advice.We would definitely recommend this business and will continue to be a customer.

I liked their services. They're a small company, and they're friendly and prompt. They get things done quickly. I give them A's across the board.

I am over the moon (-sun)! I had a boring, barren backyard that needed some help. Contacted Mark Brightwell at Moon-Sun Landscapes and a couple of other suppliers to see what could be done. Mark was awesome. He really listened to what I needed and wanted, and was very flexible and responsive when I discovered I didn't exactly want what I first thought I wanted. He was patient and really worked with me to get to where we needed to go. Armed with a great plan, Mark worked with me to pin down a schedule so I could arrange travel plans to be present during the work (my primary residence is out of state, which made communication back and forth a little difficult). Work started on time and proceeded very smoothly. He's got a great crew working with him. Mark visited the site every day to supervise and spent a good amount of time re-assuring me about the progress and helping me keep track of the plant materials and how everything will grow in and discussing the care and maintenance of my project. Mark's a true professional, passionate about his work, extremely knowledgeable and patient. This was my first landscaping project and it went beautifully. Thanks, Mark, for making it a very positive experience. I can't wait to start enjoying my new outdoor space. I have happily shared Moon-Sun's info with my neighbors and highly recommend Moon-Sun to others.

They do a really nice job. They have worked with me for years. They are nice people with fair prices.

One company after being told we didn't want any Palm trees in the design came back with 35 of them in the design. Once the design was finalized Pat worked with the various other companies in getting the project completed. Although the project took about 6 months Moon-Sun's time on the project was less than two weeks. They were highly professional highly skilled and organized. Pat was easily reachable and advised us on other items in the design even though Moon-Sun wasn't doing the work. Pat also found the water feature we used. This price was in line with the other companies we discussed the project with.
