The women who do the cleaning are great; they do a very good job, and over the last few years, we have become friends. 

However, a certain someone in their office who is in charge of scheduling the appointments has developed the maddening habit of changing the maids? arrival times without telling me.  Recently she even changed the DAY of the appointment from Saturday to Tuesday!  (Hello!  I am at my office M-F from 6 AM-4 PM. Duh!)  Last Saturday our appointment was been set for 10:30-11:00 AM, but the house cleaners had been told by their scheduling-twit to arrive at 9:30-10 AM.  I had run to the store for something, and when I get back at 10:30 I found a note on the door that they have already been there, waited, and left, (leaving me a bill for$75) We had both just needlessly wasted hours of a Saturday morning; and the cleaning had to wait for another two weeks.  (Guess what folks: I do not "hang out" at my place on Saturday waiting for them to show up some time; like most people I have other things to do on Saturday!)   One Saturday the house cleaners had even been told to arrive at 8-8:30 AM, (I was sound asleep and not prepared to receive anyone!) 

Let me be clear, the house cleaners have always been prompt and reliable, and they are not at fault.  However, if someone at their office tells them to arrive at a specific time, then that is when the maids will arrive; they can only assume that I have also been informed of the change and that I will be expecting them.  Too many times the twirp in their office who is capriciously changing appointment times to suit whatever whim has caused missed cleanings, wasted hours of my Saturday, and great frustration both for me and for the house cleaners.  For that reason, I have decided that enough-is-enough!  I am looking for another service.

They were great all around. They did a great job of cleaning, the place was spotless.

I have been using Molly Maid for 5 years and I have finally come across a pair of women that routinely do a good job, if a little heavy handed. My problem with MM is that they routinely fail to arrive in the timeframe that they tell me. I call them and the manager/office person tells me that they have been prolonged by a previous customer. It seems to me that a two hour window should be honored and if a previous customer comes up with additional work, they should be politely asked to reschedule. A lengthy call to an office person today resulted in her continually not being able to understand my frustration or the above solution I offered. Additionally, I continue to be told that I can't schedule service for the morning as these slots are all filled with their weekly customers which they prefer over monthly (me). I'm on the cusp of bailing.

They are good. I guess they are very expensive. I will use continue to use them until I find someone cheaper.

They arrived in a timely manner and they cleaned and asked what we wanted and did everything we asked. They were very professional and did a very good job.

I have never contracted for anyone or comapny to clean my house, However, working full time...age 55..just did not want to do it, and it showed. I plan on having them deep clean my house, while we are out of town. This cleaning..was a in-laws coming to dinner cleaning.
2 lovely ladies showed up right on time. They brought all their own cleaning supplies. They just went about their work and did not bother me for anything. I would recommend them highly. Can't wait to see my house when I get back from vacation!

The beds were done, bathroom cleaned; kitchen worked on. Vacuuming done as well as dusting.

They really did a nice job on my home. They listened to what I wanted done and then did it. I also had them clean this house as well before I moved in and did a wonderful job with that as well. I really can't remember what they charged me for doing this as so much was going on at that time. I do remember thinking that it was fair.

Molly Maids did a great job cleaning my house. They started working slower, and I felt it was because they charged by the minute. I am going to give them another chance because they did a great job, but they need to work faster.

The Molly Maids did a good job cleaning the house thoroughly and they got it done in three hours. The prices are high, but I would recommend them. They were on time and I use them once a month.

Molly Maids did a good job cleaning the high traffic areas of my carpet. The staff arrived on time and seemed honest enough. I thought they did good work and that's what I was concerned with as I want good service.

Molly Maids did a wonderful job of cleaning my home. They were so efficient so I just got out of their way. I was so happy with the job that they did. I would recommend them to anyone. I was impressed with the way they all worked together and how much they were able to get done.
