Mold Eliminators

In short, I was in need of a professional to detect possible mold in our home. We had a small flood due to our furnace leaking in the attic & fear mold spores would spread. I contacted the after hours guy Eugene, who was extremely friendly, helpful & professional. He really took a interest in my needs & concerns for possible mold as I explained to him my importance of a healthy environment. Eugene then gave me a 'plan of action' on what to do to next to help with the possible spread. He also called back an hour later to address any other issues or questions I may have as a follow-up. Richard next in protocol took all my info putting my mind at ease & assuring me I came to the right place for help. Within an hour Craig the owner came out & did a FREE mold inspection. He was super knowledgable BUT also passionate about his work & our health concerns. He showed us through his mold detecting gadget exactly what he was seeing explaining step by step the process. He really knew his stuff but also gave his professional opinions/advice on what to do next. He even agreed for 'peace of mind' he would come back out in a few days to confirm his findings of NO mold.
