MIKES ROOFING COMPANY

Mike was on time and replaced all of  the broken tiles on the roof .
He also replaced all of the  cracked tiles I had  and renailed all of the lose nails on the remaining  tiles .
Upon completion of the roof he explain all of the repairs he preformed.
( since I am from the midwest and never encountered tile roof repairs before.)
I am thankful for people like Mike that did not try to add anything extra to his bill .
If in the future if I need roof services ,he will be the first I call.

Overall, the experience was good. I received four estimates, and all of them were within $50 each other. It hasn't rained yet, so I don't know if the roof willl leak, but he did give me a 2 year warranty, so if anything happens I'm just supposed to call him. He had a written contract, and he followed that exactly. He took all of the debris with him when he left; I have nothing to clean up. Mike Guzzo, the owner of the company, was very professional, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. He was always on time and arrived when he said he would. I would recommend them to friends.

My roof was leaking. Some of the shingles were raised on the roof so it was time to have it replaced. Mikes Roofing was recommended to me and we are very pleased with his work. Mike came very early one morning and worked all day, until very late into the evening to finish our roof in one day. Once the roof was done, he cleaned everything up around our yard. He did a very professional job from start to finish.
