Mike came out and got the job done. He fixed a crack in the drywall in my ceiling. He always answered the phone when I called. Communication is very important to me. The work was to my satisfaction. I needed him to also check some electrical wiring while he was here and did it real quick.

It is unusual to find a contractor who shows genuine care for his customers. You can bet I will contact him again if I ever need additional work performed.

The electrician was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the problem so we understood and good fix in the future. Just be sure you agree on a price up front. On the phone, they weren't sure if they could fix the problem with our hot-tub so they agreed to come take a look and test the connections and if the hottub repair was outside their capability they would not charge us. Well in the end, they charged us $70 for checking connections and 'fixing' other things we weren't even aware were wrong and had not agreed needed to be fixed. They were very responsive and helpful, just get a clear statement of work to be done before work begins.
