These are my and quot;go toand quot; guys. The have always played it straight with me. The neither under-sell nor over-sell me.
The figured out the problem very quickly (brake lights wouldn't work and fuse was good). They narrowed it down, got the part within an hour and had me out the door in under 2 hours. I am very happy with their service and I have had them service Hyundai, BMW and Lexus cars.
.If you have to get the most out of the car you have, then these are the folks to make that happen.. I am very happy with them. They let me know when it was time to get rid of a used BMW (and even helped me donate it).
The big point is that I and quot;trustand quot; these people. Trust is hard to have with anything associated with cars. I am happy with these guys.
They always give a written estimate and have never exceeded it.

These are real gentlemen and they are not pushy at all. If there is something that needs to be done and can wait a bit, they will tell you. The water pump works just fine. They also do another really nice service as they provide you a ride back and forth while they are working on your car so you don't have to sit there for hours. I really recommend this place. I don't recall what I was charged for the water pump, but I know they are always fair.

I feel violated. I feel as if I got ripped off and that they fixed parts on my car that didn't even need to be fixed because the problem of the same leak in the same spot never stopped. I kept bringing it back and they would fix it and then it would leak a day or two later. Finally, they told me after a month straight of bringing it in every week that they couldn't fix the problem, that I needed to bring it to a transmission specialist and I did just that. When I brought it in a few days after picking it up from Auto tech, the transmission place told me that it had no transmission fluid, and I would need a complete overhaul of the transmission, that the belt was burnt and clutches were burnt. I called auto tech to let them no they gave me my car back with no transmission fluid in it and they told me they checked all fluids before giving it back to me, in which they are taking no responsibility for there actions.

WE DO NOT REFER CARS TO A "TRANSMISSION SPECIALIST". OUR MASTER MECHANICS ARE THE EXPERTS WHO RECEIVE REFERRALS, THEY DO NOT REFER WORK TO GO ELSEWHERE. 2) A CAR WITH NO TRANSMISSION FLUID CANNOT BE DRIVEN, NOT OUT OF OUR SHOP AND NOT IN TO ANOTHER SHOP. THIS VEHICLE HAD MANY LEAKS. WE FIXED THE MOST OBVIOUS THE FIRST TIME. WE WENT ON TO FIX SOME MORE AT NO CHARGE, TRYING TO MAKE THIS CUSTOMER HAPPY. THE TRANSMISSION LEAK WAS TOO BIG A JOB TO DO FOR FREE, BUT WE DID OFFER TO DO IT AT A SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT.THE MOST LIKELY OCCURRENCE IS THIS CUSTOMER CONTINUED TO DRIVE WITHOUT REPAIRING THE TRANSMISSION LEAK, AND THE FLUID FINALLY GOT LOW ENOUGH TO PREVENT THE TRANSMISSION FROM OPERATING CORRECTLY. CHANNEL 13 HAS ALSO REVIEWED THIS JOB, AND DECIDED WE WERE RIGHT. OUR POLICY IS TO ALWAYS GO SO FAR BEYOND WHERE WE HAVE TO, THAT ANYONE ELSE REVIEWING A SITUATION CAN CLEARLY SEE WHO IS BEING UNREASONABLE. THIS CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WORK THEY PAID FOR, AND ADDITIONAL FREE REPAIRS, AND THE OFFER OF A SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT FOR MORE REPAIRS THAT WERE STILL NEEDED. REGRETTABLY, IT WAS NOT ENOUGH. AUTOTECH SERVICED OVER 50,000 CUSTOMERS LAST YEAR. WE ARE ON THE BBB HONOR ROLL. IT IS EXTREMELY RARE THAT WE CANNOT SATISFY A CUSTOMER. WE WOULD STILL TAKE CARE OF THIS ONE AT A DISCOUNT IN AN ATTEMPT TO MAKE THEM HAPPY."

I have been dealing with Auto Tech for quite a long time now. I have used them for many things in the past. I would say that I have been using them for about 3 years. I have and still am very satisfied with their services. After taking my truck to Auto Tech, everything always runs smoothly. The garage is very convenient for me because it is only right down the road. The pricing is not too bad. I did obtain estimates years ago and they seemed to be the best rated. I would say that they are not too cheap and not to expensive. I plan to keep using them for many more years to come; as long as they do not change locations, we will be fine.

I like the way things are done there. They will even bring me home or pick me up, if I don't have a ride that day. They had the car overnight, and when I got it back, it ran like new. The technician tried to explain what was wrong, but I did not understand. As long as the car ran well, I was happy. The only down side to Auto Tech is that they do not except personal checks.
