The roaches are not really bad to begin with. I actually have not seen any since my first initial treatment with Madrano's. I continue to use them because I am afraid the roaches are going to come back. I would rather be safe than sorry. The gentleman who comes to the house is so very nice. He is always polite and respectful. He does a great job. I trust him walking around my house; he has never given me any reason no to. I pay them every six months. I believe the total cost for the year is $250.00
