Hired him on the spot during estimate. Price was way, way below others. I let him pick the paint and he used a name brand high quality paint unlike other companies who use contractor grade paint. Finished in 2 1/2 days. He and his workers are amazing. I was highly impressed.

WOW! Luis showed up and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was much lower than any other but I wa OK with it as he was referred to me by a friend. Sealed the deal on the spot. He told me to go and pick out my colors from any source I wanted. Picked out color one day and he was there the next day for prep, Covered everything ot being painted. The next day he arrived with his helper and began painting. I was really surprised when he showed up with Dunn-Edwards ELASTOMERIC paint. Thats really good stuff. Finished in two days to my total satisfaction. He devised a scaffold to paint above my alumawood patio cover--Other companies said they could not paint above it. Came back a couple days later to see if we found any problems or missed spots-we didn't. Also included was bars on all windows and front patio. To my total surprise his helper showed up again to say he was going to remove the garage door decorative inserts behind the glass and paint them to match the house as he thought it would look much nicer. This was above and beyond.
