Antonio and his partner showed up on time and did a great job. They did a 4-step cleaning: 1: identify and spot treatment badly stained areas. Antonio pointed out that the pet stain areas may produce an odor when they get wet. Nice of him to tell me that in advance. But fortunearely, it didn't. 2. Use a circular buffer that steamed and scrubbed the carpets 3. Use a high pressure vaccuum to suck up most of the water, dirt, etc. 4. Use a brooomlike comb to return the carpet that had been dented after 20 years of furniture pushing it down. In all, our 2000 sq ft house took about 2.5 hours and I was left very impressed with the quality and value. I highly recommend them. You can pay with Visa but they add a $3 charge to offset their fees.

Jorge and Antonio did a fantastic job. They worked very hard and got out spots that had been there almost 2 years. They used a truck mounted system and did at least 4 steps to thoroughly clean the carpets. There was no chemical smell and they not only did not try to upsell me but offered to do a small rug for no extra charge.

They showed up rather punctually, checked out the job and got right to work. The carpets had gotten pretty bad, lol, and these guys took their time to get everything done well. This is the second time that I have used them, and I'll use them again.

They got our office carpet cleaner than anyone who has ever cleaned it. Very thorough and professional.

I purchased a voucher for $99 through Angie's List.  It included 5 areas of carpet cleaning.  The guys arrived on time and were so professional and friendly.  They cleaned everything, including an area rug and didn't charge me anything additional.  I was assuming that they would charge some additional money on top of the voucher but they didn't!  These guys were thorough and got stains out of the carpet that had been there for years!  I highly recommend this company!

Purchased a Big Deal for 75.00, went smoothly, sent up appointment via email, and the service was done within a week, they could have done it sooner, but my schedule would not permit.
I hired them because my tenant had the carpeting shampooed by a company that did not scrub first and within a week, all the dirt and stains had resurfaced to the top of the carpeting. The job was two bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. The two technicians got right to work and worked over an hour on the carpeting, that was impressive, they got all the stains out and thoroughly deep cleaned the carpet. They made my 13 year old carpeting look brand new! It looks so good, I hate to let anyone walk on it.
I have this provider on my contact list and will be calling with each tenant turnover. Thank You MC Services!

I'm an generally an open-minded skeptic on most matters. When it comes to service providers like these, I'm more skeptical than open. It's not uncommon for the bait and switch to pop up with the unscrupulous providers.
Antonio and his associate couldn't have been better. They were on time, professional, courteous and efficient.
I had a couple of bad stains that worried me but the response was, "No problem." After a tour of the house, instead of adding anything, they simply turned back to get started. I asked what it would cost to add a chair. $20 and that "upsell" was my doing not theirs.
I was quite amazed at their speed and then later, when it dried how great the carpet looked. It matched the cleanest I'd seen it since it was new.
I waited for a week to write this because sometimes old stains slowly emerge from an inefficient job. Not this time.
I can unhesitatingly recommend MC Services.

The Carpets were spoltess, not one stain and I have couple of Dogs.  They did an amazing job and I definitely recommend them with two thumbs up!
