This is the 2nd part of the project where I paid a deposit of $360 & the work was anticipated to start around 8/12-14th 2025. On 8/6 I texted Cole to ask if he could do a follow up job from the prior job, & also asked how much he anticipated the remainder of the job to cost since we discussed possible additional work that might be involved. His only response was yes that s fine . On the 11th I texted him again to see when he planned on coming out and did not get a response so I called him the following day w/no response. I texted again on the 13th & no response. On 8/16 I received his response Good morning Miss Minnie. I just got work phone back. I had no contacts I will reach out little later today. I apologize. He also added it s been a mess Just a note that my # was written on the receipt so he had my # if he truly wanted to reach me. Well I never received a call. In the meantime I called w/no answer and on 9/2 texted stating that i shld have some $$ to pay the balance in hopes that he might respond. but still no answer. On 9/5 I texted him letting him know that due to an unforseen event I would not be able to move forward w/the project, & within 5 min he texted me saying O no. We had put you on for the 10th. I will call later today. . Yet he had never reached out to me to confirm a date, & he never called me as he said he would. I even let him know becuz of work I would be avail to speak at 4pm. Later that day I texted him I know u r r busy, so If u can Zelle me the $360 deposit I paid to u I would greatly appreciate it... Thnk u 🙏 I also tried calling the # from the website 702 666-0893 where the messg said the # cannot be dialed..? Previously this # had rung continuously w/no messg like that. I believe I called Angie to report this on the Mon the 8th & was hoping that Cole would call or respond so I decided to give it till Fri the 12 where I texted him one last time.. no response. I see that this Co. has a 5 star review & honestly didn t want to put anything negative out there … so my hope is that Angie will be able to assist in the process. I honestly hope he s ok, but since he did not do the job, I feel I should have the deposit $ returned to me respectively. Also there was not a signed contract as you r asking below, just the work order signed by myself & Cole.

Cole came out and unmounted and remounted a 60 in TV. Also helped me with some smoke detectors. Quoted me a fair price ahead of time and made time for me the same day! I would definitely recommend him for any of your home repair needs.

Cole estimated and completed the work within 2days. He did a good job at the estimated price. I will use him again in the future whenever I need yard services

Cole replaced seven original home smoke detectors with CO Smoke Detectors. He did an outstanding job especially with three detectors that the home wiring connectors & detector wiring connector didn't fit tight enough. He was able to work it out for them to connect and the detectors to be fully operational. I definitely plan to have other projects done by his company.

They were very personal and knowledgeable about the task they were undertaking. He was upfront with the cost and scheduling of the job to be done.

MBK Home and Tree services came out and did my cabinets and flooring in the kitchen and did an amazing job I can’t get enough of the way my new kitchen looks. Then Sofia and her team came out and did the post construction cleanup and did such an amazing job!!! Will definitely use again they do everything.

Sophia and team did an incredibly good job cleaning our home. They corrected things that previous housekeepers had missed. So anxious for them to come back every 2 weeks.

Had an issue removing a cartridge in the tub/shower handle. Cole came in and had the cartridge removed and new one installed and handle reinstalled and it looked just like new. Even checked out our water heater and set the temp and explained the ins and outs of the control box. Friendly and personable and explained everything he was doing throughout the whole removal/install process. Very satisfied and recommend him for your handyman projects.

Cole arrived at the scheduled time to install a dozen of curtain rods, he was professional and curtious and completed the job early. Great service.

Hired MBK to install a large glass chandelier in my dining room. This was a new build house and the builder didn’t provide enough clearance to mount the chandelier. Faced w this challenge, MBK moved the canned light a few inches away from the vent along with the chandelier electrical box. Repatched the ceiling and then performed the chandelier install. Cole was great to work with and completed the job within schedule. Thank you! Thank you.
