I have used Mayberry's for 10+ years.  They always do a great job!  Sugel & Ester are the best!

Had to clean nearly everything they said they cleaned. This is the 3rd time I've used them and their service has declined each time I've used them. I won't use them again. However, The guy who came to do the carpet cleaning from Mayberry, did an awesome job!!

They sent two ladies who showed up on time and we explained to them what we needed and how my wife wants them to be cleaned. They did really good but they bent the mini blinds when they were dusting, left spots on the floor. They used their razor blades on the bathroom counter and they got damaged. They didn't clean the oven right, there were patches that weren't touched. They left the bill and just took off. They came back and did the best that they could and made it right. He gave us a discount for the problems but I had to replace the blinds and some stuff.

Personally I do not like having different people coming to clean my house each week. While the company was professional some of the ladies who cleaned were better than others and the turn over was high.

The Father and son team were on time, did a great job on the carpet and were very professional. They moved furniture for me that I was not expecting to be included in the price and they even got my fan going in my master bedroom which was a miracle
as I thought it was broken. Awesome family run small business.

FIRST SERVICE: Maids came an hour and a half late, then rushed and quot;my timeand quot; for cleaning, since they had an appointment after mine. Apparently with this company you have to ASK for a specific amount of time, (ex 2 hrs, 3 hrs, 4 hrs, etc.) because they don't ask you, they just book you for 2hrs. The maid felt that my home was too big to be done in 2 hrs and then the maid made it very clear that she would have to leave after 2 hrs, and if my house was unfinished, then I can call the office for a reschedule another 2 hrs to finish. Of course I don't want a half completed job.. so the maid then called into the office as to what to do. She was on the phone with the office for about 15-20 min. It was very annoying, and I was thinking... just get to work, the office should have been communicating with me, the customer, and you're wasting my time, and my cleaning time. I felt the maid was rude, and definitely 'running the show'. The cleaning job was good tho, so I gave them a second chance.

Second Service: I called in about a month later for my routine cleaning, explained the first situation to the office, and booked for 3 hrs, so there was no mistake. The office expressed no concern for my dissatisfaction with the first service, and had this didn't want to hear it attitude. I did ask for an alternate crew, which they provided. The girls came, cleaned, but they cleaned together from room to room, chatting, and milking time. They arrived with ONE cleaning product. A bottle of Fabuloso in an unmarked spray container. They cleaned everything with this one product, the floors, the counters, the tub, the sink. I noticed it when they shared the one bottle and poured into the mop water when they were doing the floors. They also used an old vacuum that blew dust all over my office, that I was working in. I had to interrupt, shut off the vacuum and show the maid the trail of dust in the air and all over the computer screen she had just cleaned. In the positive: she called office and they delivered a new vacuum, HOWEVER, this vacuum was also disgusting and made my home smell like cigarettes.
After the maids left, I noticed they didn't clean so well, the master shower still had rings and spots... and they covered dirty spots with the shampoo and conditioner bottles. They overcharged me $30 bucks, AND they took 3 of my cleaning products! I can't even believe it was a mistake, since as stated above, they only showed up with one item (the Fabuloso poured into a blank, unmarked spray bottle)

I would never hire this company again. The office is temperamental, and the girls on both occasions milk time by cleaning together in the same room, instead of splitting up and cleaning separately and getting the job done quickly and effectively. There is obviously a disconnect from the field to the office. I paid 180 bucks, actually 200 adding tip, for two girls to do a half a** job, take my cleaning supplies, blow vacuum dirt and cigarette odor in my home from their crappy second hand vacuums and have the office have this and quot;whatever attitudeand quot; I didn't even call the company back about the second disaster visit, with the $30 overcharge, since I know that they simply have a dismissive attitude.

Save yourself time, money, aggravation and PASS on these guys.

In my initial feedback on mayberrys maids I had stated they did an excellent job with the cleaning but after a day or two I have found many spots they have missed and after checking out the tile floor they said they cleaned there still was some dirty spots that were not touched at all.

These girls worked hard and cleaned every nook and cranny from top to bottom! Ill be happy to use them again and again!

Two very nice young ladies came to our home on time (!) and cleaned the entire house to move in cleaniness. Everything was immaculate when they were finished. Every nook and cranny, every baseboard, I mean everything, was clean clean clean! Carpet cleaners did an excellent job, considering the condition the carpet was in when they started. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Mayberry's Maids!

This was the 2nd time I used them. Their charge is for two weeks. It's pretty good. They have English-speaking maids, which is nice. They are all right but I'm not 100 percent sure I would recommend them, but the house is clean and the price is good.

They were on time and efficient. They did a good job.

They seemed in a rush to get done and leave. Have had better work in this area.

The girls didn’t waste any time getting started and I was very surprised when they cleaned things that I wouldn’t have thought of cleaning. My husband and I are very satisfied. My husband is very tall and he say the way you can tell that they cleaned very well was he looks on top of the refrigerator after they finished and it was clean among other things.
