Reps came to house ,removed prior king bed with frames and placed new frame and bed exactly where we wanted it. We didn't have to adjust anything after they left.

Stopped in to pick out a mattress based on their sale flyer. Found one I liked for my daughter's guest room - I was the principal guest. Sales person, Gus, very professional and friendly. Called back after I returned home to Phoenix to make the final purchase and arrange delivery. Gus coordinated everything with my daughter, scheduled a delivery time that was convenient for her, they arrived as scheduled and took the used mattress set. All went well.
