Great company. Arrived on time. Prepared the floors and masked around carpet and baseboards. Workers were courteous and professional. Our travertine floors were dull and some holes needed refilling. After two days work, the floors and shower looked better than when it was first installed. Glen did a great job supervising the entire process. Now the floors have a nice shine and are easy to maintain. The crew did a great job cleaning up. We have already recommended them to our friends.

Masterpiece Industries came to our house on time and Glen showed up with a four man crew. They did an excellent job of cleaning the tile and color coating the grout. They were very professional and finished the job in one day instead of two as was originally discussed. I would recommend them for any tile or granite work that you have.

WoW! After 13 years of wear and having a former girlfriend strip the
seal of my marble kitchen and dining room floor, I never imagined
that anyone could turn my marble floor into a showplace worthy of a
royal palace. It cost me $600 but considering the careful way Glen
Brow's team of 4 masked off all my cabinetry before starting the job
and the results they gave me, I highly recommend Masterpiece
Industries if you need any work done on marble or granite. The shine
they gave me in my kitchen is now better than the original seal
finish in my master bath that has exact same marble. Need I say
more.
They also sell a stone cleaner for daily use that works better on marble
and granite than ANY other cleaner I've ever used. Does not leave streaks!

I was given Mr Brow's phone number by another business. I was told that he was an expert in working with marble. I called him and he came over the following day. As we talked I mentioned that I wanted something done with the grount in my tile flooring. He assured me that he could do that. we agreed on a color for the grout and we set a time and date. He was here on time with his men. They did an awesome job. The marble looks like new. They put a protective, invisible sheet over it. I just love it.

They also did a great job on the grout. The only problem is the color I chose. It is a bit too light, but that is my fault.

We called for an estimate on having the counters refurbished. Glen came out the same day and spent an hour with us going over the procedure and explaining that our counter was "dead" in certain areas. He stated they could bring it back but it was a very time consuming process and it could take them up to two days to do it.He even wrote that in the contract. The appointment was scheduled and the 3 servicemen showed up 10 minutes early to start. One and a half hours later they stated they were done. The 2 areas in question did not look any different. We did have a tense period in which we told them no way is the work done as was explained to us. After a few phone calls on both parties sides to Glen, they continued to re-do the counters. I have to admit the countertops look good. What I am upset about is the mess left behind. We were told they would cover up our furniture as it is an open area, with the great room on the other side of the island. There was dust and polished sprayed all over all of my appliances, cabinets and even my lamp and table in my great room as well as a chair. It took two days to clean up the residue from the steel wool. They did use a plastic shield, but it was not high enough to prevent the splattering. Yet the final result of the counters was good. If all they do is polish the granite the price is a lot lower, so be careful on what you need done first. If you need more the price goes up fast.

I called Masterpiece and explained the situation. Within one hour, their estimator was here. He examined the floor tile, etc. and offered a solution which would restore the floor and grout to "like new". I accepted his written offer and requested they do it as soon as possible. He made a couple of phone calls and there was a crew of three here by 2:30PM on that Friday afternoon. They finished the job at 7:00PM and he was right, it looks just like new. It's probably better that new because the stain they used on the grout will be easier to keep clean and is more durable than the sand grout underneath. I talked with the owner of the Las Vegas Franchise and was very impressed with his overwhelming desire to satisfy his customers.

A Plus Masterpiece Carpet did a very good job on my floors. They showed up on time each day and they worked very hard to get their job done. It took them about 2 days to clean my floors. I was very satisfied with their work and my tile was very clean when they were done.

It took two men eight hours to do this work. We wanted it so that if water was poured on the tile, nothing would stain. They did a great job and all the grout lines are even and clean.
