Overall, our experience with Master Craftsmen was outstanding! We love our new fiberglass double entry doors (Therma Tru Classic Craft Rustic). All of the personnel, especially our sales rep (Brian) and installers (Brian and Hector), were professional and efficient. The only reason we did not give a 5-star rating is the time it takes to have the project fully completed. Other than that, we highly recommend Master Craftsmen Doors & Windows. From the time my husband and I walked into the Master Craftsmen showroom to the time of installation, Brian (sales rep) ensured we received the doors we wanted. He also came to our home to take measurements and note any special items our home would need to accommodate the doors. The only negative to our experience, as I mentioned, was that it took approximately 4 months from the time we signed our contract to have the doors installed. We were advised that the factory could take about 6 weeks to deliver the doors to Master Craftsmen, but we didn’t know it would take another 2 months after that to do the install. During the time we were waiting, Master Craftsmen didn’t call me with status; I had to do that myself in several phone calls. The day of installation, Brian (not the sales rep) and Hector not only called ahead that morning to ensure I’d be home but also showed up on time ready to go. I was very impressed with their process and really appreciated the extra lengths they went to in regard to protecting my floors, walls, etc., with their prep work. After the work was completed, Brian and Hector cleaned up the area thoroughly. They do fantastic work! Again, we are extremely happy with our new doors!

Excellent sales rep who was very patient with us and explained all our options. The work was well done -- there was one flaw in the door, and that was taken care of very quickly. We definitely will use them again as we upgrade our windows and doors.

The first set of the windows was perfect, but the second set I called and I had to call three times for them to get back and I was ready to go with the different company and they called back probably about five minutes before I was picking up to phone the call. We gave him a deposit for the windows. He left the message on my husband's work number and he didn't get it and he never bothered to call again. I said okay so then we got it off straightaway and they fairly came out and we got it off them installed. There was some problem with the windows and they weren't exactly what we had ordered and when I called the manufacturer we don't make much then why I pay for it. It was like a comfort package and A, B, and C and why did I pay for the same price if I am getting A. It was really aggravated and I went to the manufacturer and I am dealing with the manufacturer coming out to fix the issue. They are professional I mean they are installers are good than the sale people. I would not use them in the future.
