Provider advertises that they are licensed, however, provider then stated that they are not licensed. Provided wanted to charge extra to perform duties listed in the description here on Angie's List.

Purchased Angie's List deal from this provider.  Arrived on time and prioritized what I wanted done.

My windows are beautiful again. They even cleaned all the crud from the bottom of the window frames. All in all they did an excellent job.  I would definitely have them back to clean again.

Fantastic job!  Very high standards for being done right.  Inspected work from team members when Marvella was not on sight  to ensure job was done right.  Very responsive to fit us into her schedule sooner rather than later.   Small cleaning crew, but worked very hard.   Worked 2 1/2 days to get the job done,  This company will become my regular cleaning crew.   Can't wait! 

Marvella and her girls are the best cleaning service I have used. She calls the night prior to the cleaning to confirm and she shows
up on time. While she is here she moves quickly but is very thorough. She moves furniture and I have literally seen her scrubbing on her hands and knees. She does an excellent job and is friendly and professional. Will definitely continue to use her service :)

The husband came and started the job, he was really good, the wife showed up, and the husband asked for the payment and told me to make it out to him and not the company, and he took off to mexico with all of the business' money.

Everything went well and continues to be excellent.

She did a nice job.  I was happy with the work.  I used her when my regular cleaning lady was out of town.  The price was excellent.  I would use them again if they had a big deal.

Did an adequate job.

All work was performed in an outstanding manner. They arrived on time and began work right away. They were friendly and easy to talk with.  Marvella's  attention to detail was exceptional and I would give her a high recommendation to any of my friends.

Marvela has been coming once per month and we have been very happy with the quality of her work.  She works VERY hard!

They did a very good job...thorough and timely.  Nice to work with.  They have moved to Las Vegas, NV so cannot use again.

I found them on your sight and she has been absolutely wonderful. I use her on a bi-weekly basis. She is excellent. She is very professional and friendly. She is on time. She will call if she is running late. She always gives me a heads up and she always completes her work in a timely manner. She will ask me to check her work when she is finished. I will continue to use her.

It went well. They came in and went to work.

Scheduling was easy.  A team showed up on time and brought supplies but only one person stayed.  I had a list of priorities, but that was ignored.  I am not experienced with cleaning services, so I let them prioritize the cleaning tasks.  I narrowed the rooms I wanted cleaned to the bathrooms, kitchen and family room.  The one woman spent 2.5 hours cleaning my 1 3/4 baths by herself.  I don't know what took so long as the bathrooms are small.  I asked the woman to work on the family room next, but apparently she had no vacuum.  Another woman showed up and she began washing the kitchen and hallway tile floors.  The family room fan and pictures got dusted and the refrigerator front was wiped down.  Period.  Despite all of the time spent on the bathrooms, the single picture in one and the overhead fan were not dusted.  The tub surround was not cleaned.  The rest of the bathroom cleaning seemed fine-but I can't explain the amount of time spent there.  The tile floors were also cleaned well.  I was disappointed that there was no vacuum and the kitchen received very little attention.  Again, I do not have experience with cleaning services, and after this experience, I will continue to do my own cleaning.  The first woman was cleaning the bathrooms for 2.5 hours, a second woman arrived and did the partial dusting and tile floors.  They left after 3.5 hours.
