Had to push for a follow-up to the initial visit. Once that was done, all else was smooth.

We have been using Naylor Solar since they put our solar in over 10 years ago. Always on time, responsive and gets the job done. We get our solar serviced every year and have never had to have any major repairs.

I had several leaks in 2 of my 6 pool solar panels.  Terry was right on time and on the roof making the repairs within 10 min of his arrival.  He cut and plugged a half dozen bad tubes and cemented leaks in two main pipes.  I have had solar vendors tell me that I needed to replace entire panels rather than repair them, and that is over the phone without seeing the condition.
Terry noted that they will need to be replaced down the road, but suggested that plugging a few tubes would get us through another season or two.  He had my best interest (and wallet) in mind.
About an hour after he finished and had gone, I noticed another leak and gave him a call.  He was back on the roof within an hour and plugged the leak that was missed the first time.
I highly recommend this company.  Family owned and operated.  Quality work and great service.  When it is time to replace the worn panels I will give them a call.

Terry and his partner arrived on time and got right to work. I had a major leak on my roof system. The guys repaired it and then inspected my entire system and drained it for winter. Outstanding.

I would highly recommend this company. Mark was professional, friendly, and happy to explain the exact issue, what was causing it, and how it would be repaired. The repair took less than 10 minutes and everything works great.

They came on the date and time specified by the contractor , performed the work to my satisfaction and the system works well...no leaks. I subsequently had them return to do a repair unrelated to the original installation. Again were prompt and timely. The only flaw was that the feeder lines repaired were not painted flat black like I had requested.

I was very satisfied with the work.

We had asked a well-reviewed pool guy for a reference and Terry's name surfaced. He had diagnosed the problem (wind was making knocking sounds over the master) due to the solar heating was a loose pipe system. One of his crew came the next day and put a strap and bracket up for our heating system. Hopefully will not need to have them out again but it was a very quick job and well referenced.

There were eight panels installed. They painted pipers so they matached trim on house and wall color so everything matched. They made everything look easy. With a two year warranty, we would give they name to friends and family.

Great experience with this company. Fixed my leaks and was honest about the condition of my panels (good). No more wet sidewalk and many more years of solar use to come!

We have used this company for over a year now and have been very pleased. Mark knows what he's doing and doesn't over charge. This is his busy season but he still came a few days earlier than promised. We have had problems in the past with other companies who could not fix the leak problem or they didn't respond at all! We have confidence in his company now and will continue to use him for twice yearly checks and maintenance issues! He is very professional and friendly! Very happy!

Mark Naylor Solar Specialists were outstanding. I would recommend them to anybody. They did everything that they said they would do. They were on time. They came out, they were very professional and answered all the questions that we had. They said that if we had any problems they would come back - which we had a slight problem and they came back very quickly, as they said they would. They allowed us to split the bill in half so we could pay them in two payments. They were 100% on everything. What they said they would do they did; they did it when they said they would do it; it is worth the price. I wish they did other kinds of work because I would get them in for that. I can't speak well enough of them.

They were prompt and well prepared. They worked fast and everything turned out perfect.
