The re-surfacing is O.K.  The painting is not good.  They made an effective bubble in the kitchen and no paint escaped.  He applied two coats using a sprayer.  The outcome is very spotty and sloppy.

I have rebuilt a couple of homes myself over the years, and out of all the different challenges the two I dreaded most were drywalling and painting.  Painting is just a pain, but drywalling...quality drywalling is an art.  When we purchased our home, we ripped up our family room and bedroom walls in order to install audio and video gear.  When it was time to patch the drywall, I immediately got a referral from our handyman and gave Mark a call.  Mark and Alex showed up as planned and made the gaping holes in our dry wall disappear...completely.  I mean I have looked at them from every angle and in every light.  They are gone.   In addition to the drywall repairs they did a great job of blending in the paint.  I could have worked on those patches for days...weeks and could have never blended them as smoothly as Mark and Alex.  These guys know their stuff. If you need someone to fix your walls right, call Mark Anthony Construction.

We are extremely pleased. We actually recommended him to a neighbor down the street. We actually had quotes from different people before we’ve spoke to him and he actually had a very competitive price but offered more quality work. They power washed the house, moved all the furniture, did all the tapings, and clean ups without the hassle. We have pets in the back yard so we were a little worried about that but they did a great job with the animals. I highly recommend them.

I am delighted for the opportunity to tell you about Mark Anthony Construction (MAC) and Mark.  Mark had been referred to me by a friend. From the time  Mark arrived to estimate painting my home, until all the jobs he ended up doing were completed (25), he was  always and easily available, either on site or via cell phone with prompt pick-up.   Mark's price for painting my one home came in lower than the price per home given by the HOA's contactor for doing all the homes in the association!  Mark ended up contracting with 25 homeowners as word spread.  Dates were set for MAC to complete all 25 homes during the same time period. Quality paint was used and MAC did not skimp on the paint.   Upon completing all 25 jobs, Mark requested feedback from the homeowners about any areas of their homes they felt might need attention.  There was only one homeowner, out of 25, that had a small request, which Mark took care of immediately. The total job was completed earlier than expected because of the superb workers Mark has.  The workers for MAC are the best:  They were very professional: professionally dressed; always on time; worked diligently ( Only breaking for lunch); protected areas needing protection; no shrubbery damage or paint where it shouldn't have been; cleaned up daily; and, their work quality could not have been better.  Plus, they were very friendly and accommodating to homeowners who made little requests that were not in the contracts.....e.g., At one homeowner's request, they removed and replaced the weather stripping on their door prior to painting the door.
