Contacted Luis to perform painting as well as fix the stucco outside where there were a couple of holes for a house I just purchased. We set a time and day for him to come do an estimate for the work, he showed up on time and was professional. Sent me the estimate the next day which I was satisfied with considering the work that needed to be done. The work was started a week later on a Friday to be completed on Saturday.
Luis and his crew arrived on time and started working. By the middle of the first day when I checked up on them they had the walls primed and 1 of the rooms completed. They had also removed the piece of drywall in the closet where the cat urine was and replaced it. By the second day they had all but one of the rooms painted and had textured and painted the drywall in the closet and replaced the baseboards. They had also fixed the holes in the stucco outside and painted it, they even knocked down a couple of wasp nests that were in the corners of the patio for me and hung some blinds I had bought to replace damaged ones that were in the master bedroom at no extra cost.
Luis and his crew were professional and took care not to get paint on anything other then the walls they were painting by using plastic and tape to keep things safe. The house is currently empty so there was no furniture for them to worry about but I believe with the care that was taken I wouldn't have had to worry even if there was.
I would hire Luis and his crew again to do any other jobs that needed to be completed around my home.
