About us
Maid Brigade is primarily a residential maid service, however we do veer into small commercial work as well. Although our focus is on residential service, we also strive to give small businesses cleans they may not typically get from a janitorial service. As well, we also clean condominiums, apartments and we do work in some of the towers on and off the strip. We have been open seven years and we strive to have the best customer service possible as well as the quality and consistency of our cleans. We set up weekly biweekly and monthly maid service in the event that that is what the customer needs. However we also do move-in/move-out cleans, as well as on call people who may not need us as frequently. In addition to the aforementioned scenarios, we can also customize a clean to fit a budget or simply to fit the needs of a client. We work with mostly green chemicals and we color code all of our towels and mops to avoid cross contamination when cleaning, i.e. orange in the bathroom, yellow in the kitchen etc., etc.

I have had them for many years. They were fine really except there was one thing. I told them not to come early because they would give you a window; they say between 2 and 4 or something. I didn't care if they came late but I told them not to come early. I told their boss that and he supposedly wrote that int he file. But they did it for the 4th time and I just lost it and I ended my relationship with them. Because they just couldn't seem to control it. They came a half hour early and I wasn't early. So I was embarrassed and upset. The price was for an hour and a half for two women. I think the price is comparable to the industry. They kept doing this thing 4 times it happened to me. They were only late a couple times, but they were early 4 times which they said they wouldn't do and they did it. The ladies themselves I liked. They were always nice and worked hard. But it was their boss that wouldn't control when they got there. Don't look for deep cleaning. It's a quick superficial clean. But for what it is, it's fine. I think they're not going to steal from you. They do the best they can in an hour and a half. If you ask them to do something that's not difficult they'll do it. I'd say they're fine for what they are.

They are professional, thorough, and take polite requests for special services. The office staff is top-notch, especially Val and Amy. They use all natural products and the results are fantastic!!

They're my regular housekeeping service. It's satisfactorily clean when they leave. They give an hour arrival time window and a 15-20 minute pre-arrival text notice..

I am beginning a graduate program this summer and the thought of trying to stay up on cleaning while meeting all my other responsibilities made me a little nauseous, so based on some of the other reviews here I tried this company. I scheduled the cleaning at a time I was out of town an returned to a very clean home. All of my expectations were met and then some. I found little things that I did not expect like my bed being made, some cluttered clothes folded and put away, and trash bags placed inside by bathroom trashcans and even my shredder. I have had a previous bad experience with a cleaning company elsewhere so I was pleased to see things such as my counters actually being wiped down, blinds dusted, etc. Now, if you are someone that goes around with a white glove and shouts ah ha! every time you see a speck of dirt after cleaning....you just need to realize you are going to be constantly disappointed. I have a 2000 sq ft home and a very detailed cleaning is a difficult endeavor, I know this because I've already made the house dirty which is why I scheduled the biweekly service. Another thing I really like is the company communicates with me directly via text, some people may not like this, but I don't need to make a phone call for every little message, it's quick and convenient. I would definitely suggest this company for your cleaning needs.

I had scheduled Maid Brigades of Las Vegas to clean a large house on 06/02/2015 we had just purchased, but needed to reschedule at the last minute due to some plumbing problems with the main shut off valve and the hot water heater.
Brandon was very accommodating and quick to respond. I was so impressed with his professionalism and flexibility, especially since I am a new customer. If you are thinking of going anywhere else, I really doubt you will get this kind of customer service, and you will probably be risking poor results.
Once our plumbing repairs are complete, I will only be calling Maid Brigades of Las Vegas!

Two ladies arrive on time. They confirmed what service they were doing. It was a move in clean up. They worked for a couple of hours, and finished everything up. It was a general cleaning, in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would have preferred more detail be done. They wiped out some of the cabinets, but left the kitchen drawers untouched. They cleaned out the oven, but left residue inside. They did not clean the shower door track. Little details I would expect as a standard thing. Not sure I would use again.
UPDATE: Maid Brigade has asked me to remove this rating, as they feel I posted to the wrong company. The check was written to Maid Brigade, and cashed by them, so I won't remove the review. As I said, it was a move in, so the address on my check, and my Angie's List account would not match the address serviced.

It is a two-level house and I have them do mostly the upstairs. It includes the kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, office and master bedroom. It takes them about an hour and half to complete the job.

They did a lot of work. There were some issues with them doing some things that I did not want done and missing things that I wanted done. I think if they took notes at the beginning during instructions it would be better. They areas they cleaned were very nice.

Two ladies showed up 5 minutes early (awesome punctuality)and went right to work. They worked non-stop for 4 hours and THEN, even stayed 25 minutes longer to ensure the job was done and to my satisfaction!!! What top notch white glove service!! I have told co-workers and friends about this friendly "all about the customer" company. I have even signed up to have them come clean my home on a monthly basis! What a lucky find for me to come across Maid Brigade!! I cannot express my sincere appreciation enough to the ladies that took great care of me and my home! I set everything up with Brandon the supervisor, he was professional and very flexible to work around what ever schedule worked best for me!!!

"Unfortunately your response is six months after the cleaning.... Had we known you were dissatisfied with your service we would have come back promptly and fixed the issues for you. Obviously also it's been a while and some of your comments are not accurate so maybe you could revise this to reflect accuracy... The team clean for 2 1/2 hours... Also they do not ever handle credit cards as we already had your credit card in the file from when you originally booked.... Just a few formalities but they don't justify service that you were not satisfied with.... Please call the office at 702-798-6205 so we can make this right for you please..... I had been using others to clean our home for the past 7 years. Their work became awful and before a party over Memorial Day, the house was so bad we had to clean it - they had cleaned one week before. We used Angie's List and found the Maid Brigade and they came today 6/2/14. Our home is 2000 sq. ft with many book shelves. I thought the house would be relatively clean - NOT. The staff that came to clean were early, very polite and responsive. They worked continuously and hard!! I was pretty disgusted to see how dirty my refrigerator was and some drawers had not been moved since we got it 3 years ago - embarrassing! When they finished there were dust bunnies all over the carpets waiting to be vacuumed up! I had called painter to redo my kitchen cabinets as they looked so awful. My biggest surprise was that the kitchen cabinets looked great - rough in a few spots needing paint but the cleaning job they did was astonishing. I won't need to get them painted for awhile. The house looks beautiful, smells great and we will be using this service every two weeks as it is reasonable and about what we were paying before! Thanks Angie's List (you've never let me down) and the Maid Brigade for excellent service. We are very happy!

I have used Maid Brigade for years. The ladies are always very nice and friendly, but they work hard the entire time they are here. They are honest and reliable. I trust them so much that they even have the key and alarm code to my house. I always recommend Maid Brigade of Las Vegas.
