Although they were very busy, they got to my job quickly and got me on the way. They seem to be well staffed, and seemed good at handling lots of customers at once, fairly and efficiently.

It went very well.  It is just and really satisfactory.  They're on time and effective.

They are my go-to guys in Vegas for any watch work from the simple to the complex.  They can obviously replace watch batteries while you wait at a fair price.  They can also fix old non-functional watches if you are willing to pay the cost to have them fixed.
I have a 45 year old  Omega Seamaster watch which needed major work because I did not use it regularly.  It took them a while to get the work done because they had to locate the necessary parts and the repair was not cheap but they did an excellent job and the watch works well and I do wear it regularly.  They also clean the watch s necessary.
They are the only place in Vegas that I would take a watch to for repair.

Went in because watch was malfunctioning. They checked it out, and it only required a battery. Honesty and service were superior. In discussing this store with other locals, I never heard less than glowing praise about the store.

I have taken watches in for estimates/repairs a couple of times. They have always been very helpful and professional.

They did a magnificent job and I'm delighted.  Will definitely use them again for any repairs.

I am a watch collector, I have met & used many watchmakers worldwide. The subject is an experienced & very careful watchmaker. He should be the watchmaker for servicing movements in NV.

After repair my watch was loosing time 1 to 2 minutes per day, which is not normal. Subsequent free adjustment in the same day solved the propblem. Very professional and qualified work but watch supposed to be put on quality control after completion of repair. That was an oversight but the service was good overall.

I took my friends watch to have a missing pin replaced on a Cartier watch metal band.  When I took it into the store,  the counter person took it back to the repair person. She came back and told me the did not have an exact matching pin but could make one and that it would cost $15.00.  She also told me that the watch I brought in was a "knock off."  It was not my watch, but I doubted that it was a fake and said nothing. She told me that they would call me next week when it was ready to be picked up.  I then asked my friend about where the watch was purchased and if, by chance, it was a fake Cartier watch.  He showed my the official Cartier booklet with the serial number of the watch written in the book and the Cartier stamp in the book.  The following week I did not get any call if the watch was finished.  I decided that I would pick up the watch on Friday; ready or not.  In the back of my mind I was concerned that they might try to switch the watch with a fake.... knowing that mine was an original.  When I showed up on Friday the same counter person asked if I had been called that the watch was ready for pick up.  I told her that I had not been called but that I was told it should be repaired by this time.  She brought the watch out with the band repaired as asked.  I wanted to show her the authentic book with the matching serial number of the watch, but decided it was not worth the effort.  The repair was just as expected and very reasonable.  When a watch "expert" tells you that the watch you have is a fake when it is not is a problem. She should have presented the doubt a little differently as to not potentially offend a customer who spent thousands of dollars on a watch. Also, most of us expect a call to tell you your repair is finished or that it will take longer.  Not calling is not acceptable.

Upon arrival they were prompt and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that they did not up charge to have watch cleaned that did not need cleaning. The Accutron was a gift from my wife a long time ago and I was glad to have it back in working condition. Then I showed this old pocket watch. The jeweler came out to look at it. He looked at the movement went right to the book and told me a price that it would take to fix it. So unless it was of sentimental value it was not worth fixing. They have a full line of hanging wall clocks that where nice but I was looking for something of quality that was older to replace and old windup clock. I purchased a used very nice one to hang on the wall.

They are one of the top companies in the city. My boss had this fancy watch, I even looked it up on Amazon.com to see how much it would sell for, it was a three or four thousand dollar watch, it was very cool, and they fixed it. It didn’t need fixing, it was just dead. So they cleaned it, and put new batteries in it. If I were referring them to friends and family, I would say that they have a great selection of watches, clocks, and jewelry.

Fixed the clock and it worked fine for a few months.  Took it back after it quit working, they fixed it again for free and after a few weeks it died again.  I have deceded that it's not worth the trouble of driving to and from Chinatown to have another bad result.
