Marshall was one of several repair technicians at the place I purchased four (4) sewing machines. As I was exposed to most of the techs at one point or another, it was clearing obvious that Marshall got the job done right...the first time! I had some sad experiences with other techs who never could quite get the machines in top condition and I would have to bring it back a couple of times. I went out of my way, when Marshall left that location, to find out where he was! He is the most honest and knowledgeable tech I've ever had. Once I found him again, I've never left. He keeps my four machines in top working order at very reasonable prices.
Description of Work: I have been using Marshall's service for over 10 years. Heard loud squealing in embroidery unit.

Excellent! The machine was fixed completely and returned to us with a patch of material that had a test run of all the different stitches. The machine was fixed within the promised time. Pick up and delivery was very easy because of the convenient drop-off locations. Our daughter is just learning to sew and this is her first sewing machine. Our daughter is very happy and so are we! Thank you!!!!

Marshal came out to the house with his wife to service and clean the machines. They were professional, friendly, and did a fabulous job on all of the machines. I can't recommend their services enough!

I was Very Happy with the work that was done. Not only did Marshall explain exactly what he found when he took my machine apart, he also told me what work could be done now and what work could Wait if need be.
Description of Work: My antique Singer Featherweight needed to be serviced and repaired. I wasn't sure all what work would need to be done.
