I have used Mark on 2 or more occasions for whole house carpet cleaning. He uses a truck mounted extraction machine which shampoos and cleans the carpets. He is knowledgeable and courteous. The cleaning came out great. He spot treats stains before starting, and notes if there are any stains that he will not be able to get out. We also have carpeted stairs which were cleaned very well.
I think the reason he doesn't have more reviews here is the listing doesn't match the phone number on his web site, and the web site isn't clearly listed here on Angies list (only in the email address of the listing here). I found him by referral over a year ago and the person that referred him to me also spoke very highly of his services.
I will be using him again, he's the first call whenever we need carpet cleaning.
