Landscaping
They came out for the estimate and offered to do the work immediately. I let them go ahead with the work. They took down the tree and bush with no issues. There were a few trees that needed to be trimmed and shaped that didn't look very good. I called and asked Jacob to come back out. He didn't show up and I had to call the office. Zach said Jacob would be back out, but he showed up with a negative attitude. Jacob hacked up my tree maliciously. The other worker did just fine, but knows that Jacob hacked up my tree intentionally. They were so disrespectful and spiteful. Zach in the office didn't seem to care about the way Jacob treated his customer.
