I had misread the details of a coupon, but the owner honored the coupon and delivered on what was promised.  Developed a cleaning plan for after the initial deep cleaning.  We liked her work and have since hired Luxuries for Life for bi-weekly service.

NOTE:  I submitted a report by phone on this business, but it don't show up so I am submitting a new one.

I called and scheduled the appointment with the owner  for Wednesday at 2:00.  The day prior, I was called to confrm the services would be provided at noon.  When I explained this was not an option, as I was at work, the woman said it was on her schedule that way, and if it didnt work for me, she could come that day (Being Tuesday).  I agreed to 3:00 on Wednesday.  The woman got lost on her way to my home, and didnt arrive until 5:10.  The woman cleaned the bathrooms, but didnt clean the toilets, she swept and mopped, however, when the floor dried, I found dog hair all along the baseboards where she clearly had not swept before mopping.  I felt that three hours should be sufficient to clean my home, however the only things she was able to accomplish was sweeping (poorly) mopping, and the bathrooms, which were not cleaned properly. 
I called the company the next day to discuss the issue with the owner, and even though I left several messages, my phone messages went un-returned.
I am disappointed with the service provided, however, am more disappointed in the company for not returning my calls and even listening to my complaint.

"I was informed by your cleaner that she was going to need to change the time of her appointment with you due to a scheduling conflict which does occur from time to time. She was on the other side of town and it took her over an hour to get to your home. She advised me that she was in constant communication with you to let you know it was going to be later than expected. And that it was not an issue for you as you would not be there but someone would. She did not communicate to me that there were any issues or concerns on your end at all. I'm not sure why she would not clean the inside of the toilets as that is an obvious part of a typical cleaning, As for the hair along the baseboards, I cannot comment on that as I was not there to see this. I am not sure whether you tried to contact your cleaning person or the company itself (me) but I can assure you that if you had called and left a message for me at the office, I would have 100% given you a call back to discuss the issues and rectify the situation. GUARANTEED. Our customers are the most important part of our business and I would never let something like that go unsettled. I apologize for your experience and wish that this had been communicated to me after this happened. The one solace you may have is that that particular person no longer works with the company as I found their work to be unfit and not up to my standards."
