I ordered two lights and they said "Come pick them up on Saturday." They called me that Saturday and said "Remember we talked and I told you you're going to have to go to other stores for it?" I said "No, because you're not the one I talked to." They actually lied to me. He made a story that I should go to another store to pick them up. I could not believe it.

My mother lives in a senior park in Las Vegas and I live in the Chicago area. She called to say that she needed a new washer so I went onto Angie's List to find someone in her area that would be able to take care of it. I contacted Lowe's and they assured me that it would be no problem. I ordered the washer for her and the next day they had a new one installed, tested and old one hauled off for her. The delivery/installation guys were fantastic.

When we received the cabinets, I have had some difficulty with them. The doors and drawers were mismatched and came in different colors. One of the cabinets was actually a different shade than the others. We purchased the cabinets in April. It is now November and we are still having problems getting them to match the door and drawers. We have spoken with Tom Louisi regarding the issues. He brought the salesman for that cabinet and agreed that the cabinet doors were either all wrong or scratched. The company then sent another set and they were packaged so poorly that they were scratched. When the installers came out, they said that the first set we received was in better condition than this one. They sent another set to us and the number of drawers were not the right size. The issue is still unresolved. I expected a better quality of service and product. I would never purchase cabinets from them again.
