This was the second place I phoned to gather estimates. After getting the complete "salesman" job on the first phone call when all we wanted was a price, Low Price Auto Glass' direct and immediate answer to my "how much" query, was very welcomed. I told him the make, model and year of our vehicle and within a few seconds he quoted me an all-inclusive price that already had the first vendor beat by more than $100! I drove the vehicle to their location and didn't mind at all the few extra minutes to get to their location just about 150 yards off the I-15 exit for Lamb. He said look for the Shell station, we're right next door, and indeed they are. They estimated 45 minutes for install, and that is about how long it took within a few minutes. The service was genuinely friendly and welcoming from all staff. The atmosphere had a certain serenity to it that can only come from the people who work there actually caring about each of their customers. If you walk in, and catch him on the phone, give him a few minutes to iron-out whatever he's handling over the phone lines - it's either a call like the one you made earlier asking for a quote, or he's ordering a part needed right away for a customer in front of you. He'll soon warmly greet you and give you the same priority each previous customer rec'd in order. They're GOOD PEOPLE!! Also, they guarantee their work for the long-term.
