Furniture - Custom Made
My furniture was promised to me in August. It didn't arrive until November. The wood pieces did not match. I had agreed to pay $45.00 per man per hour for delivery and assembly. Two delivery men arrived, and worked for two hours. They had not washed their hands from their two previous deliveries, and managed to get my new cream colored suede bed dirty. My bill for the delivery was $945.00. Tamra stated that it was too difficult to figure out the hourly charge, so she just charged me a flat 7%. When I protested, she reduced the charge to $540.00.
