Mortgage Companies
It took over a week to finally get our money. During this time our realtor (Highly recommend Haines & Kreiger, Ryan Howard) calling and us calling constantly, it was quite disheartening when the "fibbing" started.
It would have been better to find a professional own up to their mistakes but to "misstate" the facts and then try to backtrack...I do give her credit when she did finally admit that she didn't know her own company policy that there was a limit on the amount that her office could issue a check. However, they knew for a week what the amount was and STILL we had to wait another week to receive our funds.
Completely inept and unacceptable and the worst part....they would NOT take the extra step to ensure that their customer was paid what was owed DUE to THEIR mistakes! but boy, oh boy....they sure clocked out at 6 and went home for the holiday. But the gall to say, "here is the wire transfer tracker number, so you can find where your money is"....Seriously!! Only an issuer can track their own wire transfer...again inept!
We had fabulous service from TICOR Title!! Go TICOR!! No need to use Linear at all.
