My air conditioning unit for my entire upstairs stopped working on 24 May 11! I called the company that has done my repairs in the past but they wanted a $90 fee for a diagnosis! (this would be applied toward my charges for repairs once they had been diagnosed. My concern was if my unit was kaput I wasn't certain I would want to buy from them.) So I called a friend and he recommended Libery Air. Now just Liberty as they also do heating and refrigeration! They charged $30 for a diagnostic visit. The owner of the small company arrived 15 minute prior to estimated arrival time just three hours after my initial call to their company! Immediately diagnosed what my problen was, quoted me a price to repair it and after I concurred had my AC working in less than two hours. To me however the best part (other than the cool air upstairs) was the treasure trove of knowledge he was able to provide me about maintenance and replacement costs for him to replace the unit entirely as well as how to best maintain the evaporater which in located in my attic! I highly recommend this contractor!
Description of Work: Within 3 hours after my call requesting service the owner arrived at my house, diagnosed the problem and was working on the hour and and half repairs! It doesn't get any better than that!
