Excellent experience from first call through completion of job. Since not a lot of contractors do concrete core cutting, decorative cutting, or make holes and lines and trenches in cement and asphalt-- I could not find anyone with the equipment to precision cut the block wall holes on Angie's list. I used google to find a concrete core cutter in Nevada. Larry stood out because he was responsive, friendly, and competitively priced. I awarded him the job based on my phone contact and a review of his clean, current Nevada contractor's license. He set a two-hour arrival window in advance and called when he was on his way. He arrived on time. He used his fully equipped truck and none of our utilities to make the wall cuts and do the clean up. He cleaned up properly without being asked. He was respectful of my property, employees and tenants. I need to do some decorative cutting of concrete around my pool at a different property and will have Larry to do the work. He's a gem-- hire him if you need to cut a trench in your driveway to access broken pipes or to do other concrete repairs. Unfortunately, he does not make new concrete or asphalt driveways. If he did, I could use him for more jobs.
