Let It rain was very professional. The showed up for the inspection and made the repair the next day. The price was very reasonable in comparison to the other companies. We will only know the next time if it rains. I received a 2 year warranty on his work.

After the job was finished, he told me that it cost a bit more, maybe by $50, but he would settle for the $600.00. With that said, I gave him the extra money, seeing that the job took longer than expected, and cost at least 3 times less the amount from the other companies. I would highly recommend this company.

He showed up that day and got up on the roof to evaluate the breach. I really wanted to get it done that day because I thought it would rain the next day. He did not have a lot of materials other than some tape and some caulk. He extolled the value of these products but I was skeptical. As it turns out, this fixed it and I have not had any issues since. I am very pleased.

Started good, work was done in timely manner. When finished we wen to inspect. It had rained and a lot of water was not draining off roof. We asked some questions. Owner of company got very defensive and confrontational. He did finally agree to fix some of the water problem. Our overall oppinion of Let IT Rain is poor. We will not use or recommend them again.89119

His work is good. He is reliable. He does a good job and is very reasonable.

After reading other reviews on Angie's list about this company, I called to get an estimate to have a few broken and missing roof tiles replaced. John asked me to email pictures of the affected areas and he responded right away with a very reasonable quote, so I made an appointment to have the work done. They arrived right on time and went right to work.
After they completed the requested work, they inspected my entire roof and found a few other issues which they also fixed. John and his crew are very professional and thorough, I was really happy in choosing this company. If, and when, I have future roof issues, I will not hesitate to call this company. I will definitely recommend Let it Rain Roofing to all my friends and neighbors.

I got three bids total for this job.
The house sits on a Golf Course, and tiles had been broken by golf balls and age, causing a leak during the last big storm.
As an owner of rental property, John made the process very easy.
All communication was done over the phone and by email.
John contacted the tenants, inspected the roof, and sent in his bid.
I asked for before, during and complete pictures, as I am not on property, and could not climb on a second story roof if I was.
John sent pictures as requested, and tenants called with progress reports as well.
John put on new underlayment at the sight of the leak, and replaced 100 plus tiles.
It was a 2 day project for his crew.
John did not get a down payment, and came to my house to collect payment at completion of the job, as I was working and not able to meet with him beforhand.

I have 2 other houses, and would not hesitate to use Let It Rain Roofing again.
John was great, and I am confident his work was also.

I'm new to the area and discovered after the first very hard rain that the roof had a leak that allowed water to flow down the chimney walls and onto the floor inside the house. John at Let It Rain Roofing returned my call the day after the rain and came out the next day. He climbed on the roof and did an inspection of the entire roof first, then focused on the chimney and cap. There was indeed an unsealed area around the lip of the cap that allowed the water in. He also noted another place on the roof where the tiles had shifted and needed to be fixed. Other than that, he said my 19 year old cemet tile roof was in good shape. He gave me his quote and said he could do the work the next day, so I agreed. He called very early the next morning to let us know he was on the roof and completed the chimney work but he had to leave before completeing the other tile work. He called later that day and apologized for not being able to return, but would complete the roof work the next day before noon. And true to his work, he was on the job first thing in the morning and finished up. He took before and after pictures of the repairs and e-mailed them to me along with a receipt for my payment. It hasn't rained much since the repair, but I'm pretty confident (seeing the pics) that the leak's fixed! John was very professional and I'm happy with Let It Rain Roofing. I'll be calling him again if I ever have any more roof or leak issues.

I joined Angie' s List on July 30, 2012, looking for someone to do roof repairs on my home. I called several companies, but John was the first to promptly return my call. John said he was in the area and would be over to look at the job within the hour. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate and began the work. He was courteous and very efficient (took before and after pictures) the work was completed. On July 31, there was a down pour and no leaks. John called that day to check on the job and that everything was dry. I would highly recommend Let It Rain Roofing.

John has a quirky personality but knows what he is doing and gets the job done and guarantees his work for 2 years !!Showed up when he said he would, sent me the photos of the leaking area in an email so i would have for my files.
I would call him again and recommend. Price was very fair.

It went very well. He was able to give me the estimate and do the work the same day. It is a small company but very conscientious about getting the work done. I would use them again.

This guy is good! He knows what it takes to put a roof in good shape and, unlike most others, works on flat roof sections as well as sloping tile,so that he can guarantee the whole job. The guy takes pride in his work,adding cosmetic touches just because he likes it. He did extra work not covered in the proposal. His price was half that of others. If you don't hire him, you probably got half the job or paid twice too much. An unqualified recommendation. A price quote one day and a completed job one and a half days later.

I made an appointment with him( I think his name is Jack). He wanted to come at 3:10pm on Friday. I asked him if he can come more early, I have to pick up my son at that time and don't know how long he will takes. He said only few minutes and will come at 1:30pm.
On Friday, he didn't show up at 1:30, he showed up at 3:15 without a ladder. I said he's late I have to go pickup my son. He said he will do it fast won't be long. He found a way jumped up to roof, took some pictures at his phone, came down and showed me what he got. He showed me some area other roofer didn't show me. Because he was late, he said he had lower the price (other roofer asked $350). He said will come on Monday between 9-10am.
On Monday, he showed up on time riding his bike. I was on the roof taking pictures and wondering how he going to fix to roof without anything. He used the same way jumped up to the roof meet me. He explained a worker will showup later with the things they need. I said ok and went down, went to the front. When I got to the front, he was gone(not on the roof). So I waited, and wondering where is he. Few minutes later, a pickup truck showed up with a ladder. He came out from a corner of the house said he was in a shade away from the sun. They went up to the roof used the ladder, started their work. Maybe hour and helf later, they finished. He said call him if need again. I asked for the business card. He said he ranout. Afteall, I think he did a good job repair the roof.

Work went very well. Mr. Scanlon was pleasent and professional. He worked diligently

We have used him a couple of times. He is an interesting character but he knows what he is doing. We have a tiled roof here in Las Vegas and some of the tiles were working their way loose off of the garage. He reattached those. He also did a real quick roof inspection. I spent about $60. I paid him in cash on both the occasions I used him. The price was fair for this job and the job he did earlier. He beats his own drum but he knows what he is doing. The first time he came, I did not know what to expect. I think he did a much better job the first time than the second time. He was here right away. I had recommended him to a friend of mine who had similar work done and was very happy with him. We will use him again in the future.

He did all of the work very quickly. I thought he did very high quality work. He gave me a two year warranty on all of his work. I would recommend him.

Let it Rain did a fabulous job. The addition now looks like I originally wanted it to. I should of hired Let it Rain in the first place then I would not have had to spend the extra money to have it fixed. I am now satisfied and content with my new room; thanks to Let it Rain. They worked very hard to get the room the way I had wanted it. I am thankful they were so patient with me and that they took there time to get the job done.

Let It Rain Roofing Company's crew was a great company to use They picked up everything after they were done. They cleaned as they went so it didn't take them long to get my lawn looking normal again. They didn't tear up anything in the process. We have had no problems with leaks or the way the roof comes down to the gutters.
