I was losing quite a bit of water in my fiberglass pool without an obvious leak showing. I called Leak Terminators and even though it was late Friday afternoon, the phone was answered. Chris asked some questions and we set up an appointment. He called ahead of time and was prompt. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough in checking all areas of my pool. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. He found the issue and arranged for the repair to start the next day. Alberto, who replaced the pool skimmer, showed up on time and did an excellent job removing the old skimmer and installing the new one. He cleaned everything around his work area. I highly recommend using this service - they have a great work ethic.

By advising me over the phone i was able to conduct two simple tests that proved my pool was not leaking. This saved me the expense of what would have been a futile search for a non existent leak. I therefore saved hundreds of dollars.

Thursday morning I received a call from LEAK TERMINATORS INC saying they had a cancellation and could come right then. He came over and first listened to my problem and my thoughts. He checked out where I thought the leak was and I was wrong. In 15 minutes, he found my two leaks in the pool structure, gave me good simple advice on how I could fix it myself and was on his way. I would recommend LEAK TERMINATORS INC to anyone that is stuck finding a pool leak. Their card is now on my refrigerator right next to BRIAN'S DEEP END-ABLE POOL SERVICE LLC.

Everything went well. They arrived on time for the appointment and did good work for a fair price. I haven't had any additional problems with the pool.

This company is misnamed. I was quoted an all inclusive price of $250
for the leak in our sprinkler system. Once he found the leak he was
done. It took him 5 minutes. I thought that the price included fixing
the leak as the name strongly suggests. Their name should be Leak
Finders. They only thing they terminated was our $250.

The water level in my swimming pool suddenly dropped to the level of the outlet jets in the pool. I knew I had a leak, so I called a trusted pool service person who recommended Leak Terminators to me. Their online reviews were all favorable, so I gave them a call. Within a few days, all work was completed to my total satisfaction.

Very well. Leak Terminators showed up on time. We had let the pool leak away without refilling to see where the leak would stop. This helped in the assessment. Should provide with pool history which helped to determine where leak could be coming from. He used a syringe with dye and determined we had cracked plaster, which was about 25+ years old. We were shown how the dye escaped from the cracks.
Chris then called a plaster company and obtained an appointment for us as we'll as a ballpark estimate.
Plaster company came that same day and scheduled the work for two days later.
Everything went very well. Will definitely use again.

I had indirect contact with them. They were definitely satisfactory. I used them for a rental home. The price was fair.

Chris responded to our concern of a leak in our swimming pool. He spent a couple of hours on one of our hottest days testing all areas of our pool to find the source of the leak. After determining the leak was from our 30 yr old skimmer he requested we watch the water level a couple of days to confirm his diagnosis. When I called him to let him know that the water level had not decreased very much he returned and spent another couple of hours to make sure we had no other leaks. Chris arranged for Poolwork Repair Service to do the replacement at a cost we agreed to. We are very happy with his response and attentiveness.
